About this property

Cottage in the Vendée on the Cote de Lumiere (coast of lights)

This Fermette, an old, small Vendée farmhouse is newly built and is located peacefully and secluded, far from tourism, between meadows and forests (nature preservation area with the highest level of priority), on a 3.5 ha property, with access to a lower reservoir which, however, does not offer any swimming options. It is only 16 km from the Atlantic (the Vendée is famous because of its endless beaches). The house has a living space of about 120 m², with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. Thus, it is ideal for two who love nature and tranquillity, for four who would like to do something together or for families of up to 8 people and it is stunning for children and grandchildren! All types of sports are possible nearby: Golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling, paddling, sailing, surfing, parachuting and a lot more. All around you will find a cultural landscape with castles, burgs, old monasteries and Roman churches. Summer is from May to October!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem schönen Ort mitten in der Natur. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung, einmalig sind der Garten und der Baumbestand. Die Strände der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen, sodass man sowohl "Ruhe pur" als auch Strand und Meer genießen kann.

Kleinod im Grünen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gleichzeitig urig (altes Gemäuer, Tiere) und auf einem aktuellen Stand (Spülmaschine, moderne Bäder). Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist wunderbar, vor Ort gab es keine Probleme. Zu einem der vielen möglichen und großartigsten Atlantik-Strände und fährt man mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Vendee Fahrradwege erreicht man in ca. 5 Min auf Nebenstraßen.

Pour ceux qui cherchent le repos le calme et les bruits de la campagne vous êtes au bon endroit. Allié à ça la possibilité d’aller sur les différentes plages magnifiques telles que la plage du Veillon ou celle du rocher. Bref un séjour inoubliable.

... ist hier genau richtig. Der detaillierten Beschreibung des Gastgebers, das Haus und die Umgebung betreffend, gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen; wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben. Sonnengarantie kann man leider nicht mit buchen, denn davon hätten wir gern mehr gehabt

Bel maison mais personne pour nous accueillir. Maison qui n'a pas été ouverte depuis plusieurs semaines ou mois. Obligé de faire le ménage, d'ouvrir tous les volets, d'allumer le frigo, invasion de fourmis, pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir. Les clés laissées sur une porte et la personne de contact partie en week end. Vraiment dommage car belle maison et environnement. On a pas forcément envie après 8H de route de faire l'entretien d'une maison.

Wir haben schöne Tage in diesem ruhigem Naturidyll nahe am Atlantik verbracht und konnten uns gut vom Alltagsstress erholen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der etwas muffige Geruch im Wohnbereich des Hauses, alles in allem haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt.

Das bestens ausgestattete Domizil liegt in absolut ruhiger traumhafter Lage in Mitten einem Naturschutzgebiet unweit vom wunderschönen Stausee. Hier läßt es sich prima entspannen. Für Ruhe suchende ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat alles was man braucht und die Vermieter haben alle wichtigen Dinge in verschiedenen Ordner festgehalten. Der Garten lädt zur Erholung ein und wir konnten sogar frische Feigen kosten - einfach herrlich! Die Vendée ist sehr zu empfehlen und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Die Lage des Haues ist ideal dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful location and excellent for beaches and cycling. Lovely house and clean/tidy. Very limited bedsheets and our pillow cases did not fit provided pillows are the only negatives. Overall fully recommend this rental.

Zeer goede locatie volledig is het groen met massa 's. Het enige minpuntje is dat het er wat nuffig rook. Eventjes vooraf wat verluchten zou waarschijnlijk helpen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten aufgrund des schönen Wetters viel in der Natur und am Meer sein. Mit dem Auto ist das Meer in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Küsten und Strände in der Nähe. Klasse Tipps und Infos, vor Ort und auch schon im Vorfeld, vom Eigentümer. Der Hausverwalter und auch der Eigentümer kümmerten sich sofort, wenn irgendetwas zu reparieren war. Unverzüglich kamen auch die entsprechenden Handwerker, um die Schäden zu beheben. St. Hilaire de Talmont ist ein schöner Ort (in 10 Minuten zu erreichen) mit Bäckereien, Restaurants, einem kleinen tollen Markt, Supermärkten etc. Also alles, was man braucht, findet man hier. Da man wirklich "mitten in Natur" wohnt, darf man nicht zimperlich sein, was Spinnen und Käfer angeht. Die gibt es hier einfach.Der Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit im Haus ist nichts für sehr empfindliche Nasen.
