Welcome to your stunning 5-bedroom vacation retreat in the exclusive Solterra Resort! Perfectly designed for families and groups of up to 12, this spacious two-story home is your private oasis, just minutes from the magic of Orlando's top attractions.

Step inside to a bright, open-plan living area where your group can relax and connect. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, flows seamlessly into a dining area perfect for sharing meals. After a day of adventure, unwind in the comfortable living room or head upstairs to the family room for a movie night on the 55" Smart TV.

Your private, sun-drenched patio is the heart of the home, featuring a sparkling pool and a summer kitchen with a grill. Enjoy alfresco dining at the 6-person table or soak up the Florida sun on the sundeck chairs.

This home offers a perfect bedroom for everyone:
* **First Floor Master Suite:** King bed, Smart TV, and a crib for the little one. The ensuite bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower, and a double sink.
* **Second Floor Suite 1:** Two Full beds and a private bathroom.
* **Second Floor Suite 2:** Queen bed and a 32" Smart TV.
* **Second Floor Suite 3 (Paris Themed):** Two Twin beds and a 32" Smart TV.
* **Second Floor Suite 4 (Mickey & Minnie Themed):** A trundle bed (Twin + Twin) and a Smart TV.

We provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including free WiFi, central AC, linens, towels, hairdryers, and an in-unit washer and dryer. For families, we offer a crib, pack & play, high chair, and children's dinnerware.

### Guest Access

Enjoy a seamless arrival with our self-check-in process. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool and patio.

As our guest, you also receive access to the incredible amenities at the Solterra Resort clubhouse. This gated community features:

Solterra Resort is a premier, family-friendly community known for its luxury amenities and prime location. You are just a short drive from the world's most famous theme parks:

* SeaWorld: ~17 miles
* Universal Studios: ~20 miles

Beyond the parks, you'll find convenient access to major stores like Walmart, Publix, and Target, as well as a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and world-class golf courses.

### Getting Around

Your rental includes two designated parking spaces directly at the home. While general street parking is not permitted, there are additional marked parking spaces available throughout the community. A maximum of five vehicles are permitted per home. Please note that improperly parked vehicles are subject to towing.

### House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21; at least one guest in the party must meet this requirement.
* Parking at the clubhouse is not permitted after 11:00 PM.

### Important Information

To help you plan your stay, please review the following optional services and fees. These must be requested in advance.

* **Resort Amenity Access:** A mandatory fee of $35 per reservation for 1-12 guests (or $45 for 13+ guests) is required for clubhouse access.
* **Pool Heat:** Can be added for $30 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Please request this at least 2 days prior to check-in.
* **Grill Usage:** The summer kitchen grill is available for a flat fee of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this before your arrival.
* **Concierge Services:** Please contact us to arrange package deliveries or other services, such as Disney park tickets and grocery shopping.
