We had a wonderful stay here. The check in and out instructions were very extremely clear and easy to follow. Place is exactly like the pictures, maybe even better. Great location and neighborhood.

The unit and amenities were perfect — right in line for what my husband and I were looking for in a long weekend getaway. The rooftop had a fabulous view and all was clean and cozy in the space. The host was communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely return! :)

This listing is accurate and describes the property well. It is very well located, clean, well maintained and had everything we required. Getting around is easy as there are multiple subway stations nearby and there are numerous good dining options nearby. You can enjoy all New York has to offer from this Lower East Side apartment.

This apartment is a great stay. It's one of the best places we've stayed downtown, and we've stayed at many. The place is clean and very roomy by NYC standards- it's as big as it looks in the photos, which is unusual. It was very clean, well organized and easy to access. The balcony, gym and the rooftop were really nice bonuses. The building is also pretty quiet for a large building. And commutation with the host, check in and check out were easy and seamless.One note for other travelers: the way VRBO works, you won't see the exact location of the apartment on the map. The listing shows an address, but it's not the address of the actual property, which is several blocks away, farther east in the very southern most bit of the East Village.We'd absolutely stay here again!

We spent 10 amazing days on the LES here celebrating our daughter’s graduation. Our host offered exemplary communication throughout the process. Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out.We will definitely return!

Great stay, super accompdating host when my previous accomodation was cancelled last minute. Awesome location. Only drawback is it got rather loud at night, recommend bringing some earplugs.

After an initial fumble on the part of the host (apartment was not cleaned at check-in time), the rest of the stay was great! The host made up for it by getting a secondary cleaning company to clean the apt before the end of the night, and was genuinely apologetic). The building has super security and the apartment has nice light and is well accommodated for. The neighborhood is average, but it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Chinatown & Soho. The apt is very comfortable for one person or a couple. I would definitely recommend it if you like the low east side.

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize again for the unexpected cleaning delay at check-in, which was caused by a scheduling mix-up with our cleaning team. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged for a second crew to come in and had the apartment fully cleaned within a few hours. So happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and your stay. The apartment is located right on the border of the Lower East Side and East Village, one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, filled with great restaurants, cafes, bars, parks, and local attractions. It is 20 minute walk to SoHo, Chinatown, Washington Square Park, and many other iconic NYC destinations. Thank you again for your understanding and recommendation. We’d be happy to host you again on a future visit to New York City.
