Absolutely amazing view and location! The balcony pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all was well-kept and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was fabulous and every bit as advertised. The location and view cannot be beat. The setup of the rooms was perfect for our family of 5. Anne provided us all the information we needed to fully make the most of our first stay in Nice. The proximity to the beaches, local bakeries, and nearby array of restaurants was perfect. The apartment is a wonderful home for a Riviera vacation. It’s easily accessible, right where you want to be on the promenade. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Loved the location!!

Great rental within walkable distance from Old Nice and steps from the beach! Loved sitting in the terrace with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Two lifts in the building and was very clean and spacious. Only tiny suggestion is new pillows in the master but otherwise we loved everything!
