Oasis in the City has all the comforts of home & some you didn't know you would want. With some upgraded amenities & large outdoor space you won't want to go home.

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located in a quite neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, newly remodeled condo. This tranquil space is nicely appointed with all the necessities & a few extras for your comfort. Enjoy nearby activities and convenience, as we are just 3 minutes from Safeway and Walmart for any shopping needs.

The property boasts Free onsite parking and private entrance.

The two bedrooms each have large closets, and the guest bedroom includes a "Purple Mattress", The master bedroom has an adjustable bed.

All amenities and furnishings are brand new. The full kitchen allows you to enjoy home-cooked meals.

The living room offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV for relaxing.

And last but not least we have an amazing outdoor oasis for your enjoyment. The shared outdoor patio provides a perfect spot to hang out and unwind. The patio area is for all residents & guests to enjoy.

Free propane barbecue located in the courtyard.

Please clean up after yourselves, respect other tenant and neighbors, no loud music.

Great weekend getaway

This property was beautifully decorated and had several upgraded amenities. The linens and towel were nice, the fireplace was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Calm and restful

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis were the unit was set up for comfort and ease. Communication was smooth and reliable. Everything within the unit functioned as should and was well supplied with necessities. We will return!

Great Place!

This property is impeccably kept and stocked with everything you may need or want. We especially enjoyed the selection of teas and coffee and the waffle maker. The linens and towels were luxurious and we all slept very well. The outdoor area is a great place to have your coffee in the morning. We plan on staying here again next time we visit our children at CMU.

The area the property was in was very outdated, however once on the property we were very impressed. Very clean and updated. Pretty impressive. The damage deposit I felt was very high, so we opted for the insurance instead. Property manger was very responsive.

Came to town for the weekend. Nicely updated. Very clean. Just know there is a cook top, but there is no oven. It does have a toaster oven.

Very lovely atmosphere and easy and quick communication with the host for any questions. I would have appreciated some instructions on how to work the ceiling fans in each room but after some trial and error we figured out how to put them on a suitable level. The heated floors were a fun surprise and would make a winter visit perfect!

The Best VRBO ever

Charlie and Sharee were great to work with and responsive to all our needs and questions. The townhouse had many great touches and upgrades I never would have expected in a vacation rental! The property seemed like a 5 Star resort with luxurious bedding and bath items, while the kitchen was well stocked with teas, coffee, olive oil and spices, plus cookware for meal prep. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay, very clean and well appointed . Kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. Comfortable living and bedrooms. Close to grocery store and Palisades. Hot tub was clean and beautiful and feels private.Host didn’t respond to online questions but was very present on arrival. Listing was unclear that outdoor areas and hot tub shared spaces with other rentals. Rules were inconsistent between online and unit specifications. Overall a very nice and relaxing experience

Was very comfortable with a lot of amenities. Very clean and well kept up to date. The microwave or the cabinet it was in needs to be adjusted so you don’t have issues opening the door. But I am sure that will happen . The hosts pay a lot of attention to what they can do to improve they property and the guests stay.

This was a great place to stay, very clean and welcoming and the host Sherree was great and very accommodating to our needs. What was truly amazing though and I would highly recommend was the Valentines Day package and was worth every penny, I had surprised the wife with this getaway and Sherree had the layout setup beautifully. Everything from the rose layout to the champagne, to the charcuterie board was perfect and absolutely stunned the wife. The location was quiet and restful. We will definitely be back!
