Bienvenue à l'unité 244 au magnifique Bradenton Beach Club! Cette unité d'ascenseur se trouve juste en face de la plage avec deux piscines chauffées que nos clients peuvent utiliser pendant leurs vacances au paradis! L'une des piscines est directement sur la plage!
Cette unité spacieuse est joliment meublée avec des meubles confortables et une décoration mise à jour. Profitez pleinement du grand téléviseur HDTV dans le salon et de l'Internet sans fil dans tout votre appareil.
Faites comme chez vous avec la cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Savourez un copieux petit déjeuner au bar du petit déjeuner tout en planifiant votre journée, ou préparez vos prises du jour pour le dîner et profitez en famille à la grande table à manger!
La chambre principale a un lit queen confortable avec des draps doux et une grande salle de bain pour laver toute cette eau salée à la fin de la journée. La deuxième chambre a un lit de taille normale et une tanière offre un canapé-lit gigogne confortable.
Profitez pleinement d'un balcon privé et blindé hors du salon. parfait pour jouer aux cartes ou simplement siroter un verre de vin après une journée ensoleillée!

The unit was clean and nicely appointed. We particularly liked the easy access to the beach and on one if the windy days, the pool spa came in handy.

The place was very clean and had really good access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. No worries about anything other than a few things. The rooms unfortunately lacked ceiling fans which is needed if you leave AC at 72. Unlike adjacent condos, there was no storage room in garage for beach equipment and there was not a cart for chairs and umbrella to take to and from beach.

Great location with beach access and pools!

My adult daughter and I stayed on AMI for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent with pools and the beautiful beach just a short walk from our unit. The unit was well-stocked with all necessary items and more. Parking was convenient and we enjoyed being within walking distance of several great restaurant. No complaints!

The place was awesome, comfortable and had all amenities. We were disappointed that we were not able to check in earlier than 4pm, our flight landed at 930am, would be nice to have some flexibility with check in time. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay

Good location just a short walk across property to beach. Condo was roomy, comfortable, clean and safe. Had everything we needed to start our stay. Location is near everything you'd need. We rented a golf cart but didn't have any issues parking it or our car as others on local forums have complained. Check in was easy, no problems and a happy, sunny week for us! Walked to sunset then back to ICW pier to see the moon as the condo is right in the center or each. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

A 2 bedroom advertised as a 3.

The so called 3rd bedroom was a tiny fold out couch in a room about 6 by 7 feet. No room for 2 adults, and luggage. No view out the windows. They faced other buildings. Over priced, underwhelmed. Left a week early.

We are sorry to hear that our Sunshine condo was not what you had hoped for. This condo is advertised as a 2 bedroom unit, not a 3 bedroom, and we do state in the description that the den has a pull out sofa bed. Our pictures do show many views out of the different windows and an aerial properly indicates the condo's location in reference to other sourrounding buildings.

Wonderful but a few more "included items" would be nice.

Great location, wonderful property and condo. Inexpensive extras would be nice, maybe even from one renter to the next. For example, if previous renter has a good amount of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, TP and paper towels, paper plates, napkins or disposable cups, please leave them! There is no harm in paying it forward! A lighter for a candle, etc. Loved this place otherwise, though!

Chilling by the ocean

Amazing location. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet condos. Lovely swimming pools. Great walk to the bay where you could watch the sunrise every morning sitting on the wooden swing seat and seeing some wonderful wildlife. The beach was super calm. Saw dolphins every day and so many manatees. Great restaurants and easy to get around the island on the trolley bus. Condo was very spacious and had everything you needed. Just would have liked some decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Only downside was the hurricane Idalia! There was a mandatory evacuation in place and had to drive inland to find accommodation for 2 days. Luckily the island wasn’t hit. Came back and had a lovely few days before coming home. Would definitely recommend 😎

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed and more. Very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants as well. The bedroom off the kitchen could use a new mattress (not comfortable) but other than that we will definitely be back.

Had a great time. Beach was a short walk across the street. Not crowded at all. Lots of things to do. Great seafood. We will come back with entire family. Condo was great. Had everything we needed.

Bradenton Beach Club

We have stayed at this property before and love it. Walking distance to the beach and nice pool area. Good shopping and restaurants walking distance as well. The only complaint is the same one we had 2 years ago. The master bedroom carpet is filthy. Our feet got black just walking on it. Don’t think they have cleaned it in quite awhile. Other than that great stay.

BBC #244 A Real Dream

We loved BBC #244. We have already booked again for 2023!! One suggestion: The mattress in the second bedroom (guest queen) needs to be replaced. All other items: furniture, kitchen utensils, privacy of bedrooms were wonderful. Location was great also. Bonus room was an unexpected surprise!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great space, great location, great amenities

The living space is large and open with a large screened balcony. The property is close to lots of attractions yet a block off the main drive. We enjoyed the beach access, both pools and the mangrove walkway with gazebo on the intercostal waters. Thank you for making your property available for us to enjoy!

Everything was great with the condo. Great location and the communication with the rental company was great too! It’s just a short walk to the beach (just across the street) and both pools were perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here with a family!
