This property was as described online. We had a grand view of the Gulf from our balcony. We also appreciated the fact that the balcony was screened. The furniture was comfortable and the dining space was large.

Wonderful stay on AMI!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Loved the location as it was close/within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The private beach area across the street was very nice. The condo was very clean and we loved that they provided things we needed for the beach.

Anna Maria get away

Property was clean with nice open floor plan and great access to the beach and Bridge Street. Had a great time meeting other guests that have stayed here for several years.

The washer/dryer broke, replaced the day before we left...was an inconvenience all around. There was a very strong odor, musty and mildew smell, upon arrival, everytime we left for more than a couple of hours! The bathroom fans had condensation on them and rusty water would drip on you while you sat on the toilet! Provided beach chairs were stored in a closet that was a mess...they were not in great shape, the umbrella was nonfunctional

Denise, I am sorry the washer/dryer broke during your stay. We had a new washer/dryer delivered and installed in 2 days which is unheard of. We provided you with extra linens and towels for the inconvenience. We have nothing but 5 star reviews and we encourage all potential guests to read all our reviews and see our awards. FANTASTIC STAY!

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Very clean. The beach access right across Gulf Avenue was amazing! The private parking with the unit was stellar. The communication with the owner was flawless. They were very responsive! Great location. Great kept unit. Great pool.

Wonderful property.

Great location. Clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Beach chairs available for our use. Having nice restaurants within a short walking distance was great since I was on crutches. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. The owners were very helpful. We had a question when we were checking in as to our unit number and Terry responded very quickly and took care of correcting. Overall our stay was wonderful.

The location for this place was amazing and pretty much is what sold us on it!! Our family of 5 just walked to so many restaurants and shops! Some many options to choose from that are right there! The place was clean and recently updated. It was pretty much what the pictures depicted. Pool was ok, but beach was right there! Such an easy walk, had to cross the street but that wasn't a problem at all. The beach was far enough away from the public beach entry and parking that made it pretty quiet and not that crowded. We went to the public beach one day didnt even unpack and just went back where this place was. It was a great place to stay! If you plan on eating out and going to shops that are easily walkable this is the place for you.
