​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

This top floor 2bd/2ba Anna Maria Island beach condo has an open, bright and airy floor plan, elegant coastal decor and water views from every window.
The dining-living room combo has a tasteful arrangement of comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, around a 70” Smart TV. A round glass-top formal dining table with a striking driftwood-base design offers seating for five..

The fully equipped kitchen has gleaming white quartz counters and backsplash, new, stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, french door fridge, and stove/oven. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. There’s a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen.

The breakfast table has seating for four. Enjoy extraordinary views of the sunrises from large windows surrounding the breakfast nook.

Balconies:
The condo has two balconies. The (north) balcony features beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay. The screened in South balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. A perfect spot for enjoying evening cocktails while viewing vibrant views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

This luxurious second-story island condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, ensuite bath, large closets, and 70” Smart TV.

The second bedroom has one queen-size bed, and one twin bed, a large closet and hallway access to a full bath. Both sparkling clean bathrooms have white granite vanities and custom-tile walk-in showers.

Striking details include new hardwood floors throughout and new ceiling fans in every room. In fact, every single amenity is brand new. Paint, furniture, decor, dishware, cutlery, linens, towels, mattresses, and lighting fixtures in this comfortable space are absolutely fresh! You’ll find everything you need to feel right at home, even beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers.
