Enjoy a stylish, comfortable experience at this centrally-located home in the up-and-coming REO district. Our house has been recently renovated. When you walk in from the driveway through the rear door of this one-story bungalow, you will enter the covered back porch which will lead you to the kitchen, followed by the dining/living area in the front. The two bedrooms will be conveniently on your left-hand side furnished with 12-inch cooling memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Adorable, cozy home & quiet neighborhood

We were here for an MSU visit, this place was great! Beds were comfy, lovely living space, and all the kitchen amenities. This worked great for our family (17 yo and 3yo). Loved how close everything was, didn’t have to travel far at all. And Taylor was very responsive to our messages. Highly recommend!

Baseball Mom at The Beal House

I was in town for a baseball tournament for my son. We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was convenient to The Beal House. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great Location

The house was a prefect size for the 3 of us who came from Oregon for a family wedding. Everything we needed for a 5-night stay was available in the house, even a washer/dryer. The location was perfect for our travels in Lansing, Holt & Eagle. Neighborhood was quiet and just a couple of blocks away from a park and river trail. Also close by stores. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Lansing.

Nice, quiet stay!

We were in town for a weekend tournament and wanted to avoid a noisy hotel. Taylor's place gave us a nice, quiet place to rest and prepare familiar foods rather than relying on carryout all weekend.The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom and bedrooms had plenty of linens. The neighborhood was very quiet and even though we arrived in a snowstorm, the driveway was shoveled the very next day!
