The property was exactly as described, and I loved how comfortable the beds were. The condo is an easy walk to Broadway and a host of other sites, one of the things I loved about the location was that it was the start of the greenbelt path which was great for running every morning. We had a fantastic time here and the host was so gracious with communication, perfect instructions, and a beautiful condo. Thank you!!!

We had a very comfortable stay! It was close enough to downtown/ Broadway St that we were able to walk, but far enough that we had peace and quiet. Loved the decor and all of the amenities were provided.

Our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival, and we would have gladly sent the cleaning team back out immediately had we been notified during your stay. We also provide standard hotel-style towels that are professionally laundered offsite after every guest.

We are located right in the heart of the city, so with that does come some normal city noise, including traffic and neighboring units. That said, we do provide sound machines in the home to help create a more comfortable sleeping environment for lighter sleepers.

Amazing place to stay!

Most things were an uber ride under 10 dollars. Just far enough off broadway to not be loud and crazy but a quick trip to get there. Very cute, quiet and the property manager was easy to get in touch with and very nice.

The host and home were absolutely wonderful! Clean and full of beautiful sights! There was a train track by the building which was cool to watch, and the city lights provided for a beautiful view! They even had yoga nidra noise makers for lite sleepers like myself! I slept like a baby! Very wonderful and peaceful location!!! I thanked the host by text! Wonderful stay!!!

Great Spot and close to Music Row!

Had a great time and really enjoyed this property! You can definitely walk to town and there are always Scooters around if you want to have a faster and fun experience. The Property was well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nashville!

Great place

Very clean, we enjoyed the stay. Host communicated well with us. I picked this out because it was close, and once we parked on our arrival, we walked the rest of the stay. Nice view from balcony, and everything was decorated nice and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All of the instructions were perfect, and we had no issues. It is close enough to walk downtown if you want or it is a cheap uber ride. We felt safe and would definitely rent here again. Great host communication and helpful to offer tips!

PROS: The host was excellent to work with and gave clear instructions on parking and entry to the property. The place looks like the pictures. It was walking distance to Nissan Stadium where my family attended 2 concerts while we were there. You can walk to Broadway and/or rent electric scooters or bikes. There is a drop off for them right past the condo which was awesome. CONS: There is train tracks right outside and the train goes by at all hours of the day which made sleeping difficult. I wish this was mentioned in the posting. The other big con was the person(s) above just walked back and forth the length of their place for hours and at weird hours like 4:00 am. I’m not sure if it is the owner or someone renting for a vacation but for being a newer place you could hear the footsteps very clearly. This would not have been a problem if they didn’t just walk back and forth and at one point there was someone running back and forth in heels or cowboy boots well past 10:00 pm.
