Relax and enjoy this private lakefront cottage, perfect for a quiet getaway, fishing trip, or weekend on the water. Guests may access the private dock, kayak, row boat, and paddle boards after signing a simple liability waiver.

The cottage features 2 cozy bedrooms, plus an additional couch and cot, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, stretching for 6th on a folding cot. A charming spiral staircase connects the upstairs and downstairs living areas, adding to the cottage character.

Please note:
• Access to the fishing dock requires walking down approximately 30 concrete steps.
• Due to the stairs and lake terrain, the property may not be suitable for guests with knee, mobility, or balance issues.
• Children should be supervised around the lakefront area.

Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing boat, or simply unwinding while taking in the peaceful lake views and nature surrounding the cottage. Waivers are needed.
