Lavida is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 2.5 baths newly built (2024) spacious house with private backyard located just 12 mins to downtown Dallas, Texas. It can accommodate 15 guests, features Smart TVs, WIFI, Parking maximum of 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the drive way, No street parking, equipped Kitchen, chic Living area, Dining area, a Master suite, 4 Double Rooms, 1 Games Room/Cinema Room/Sleeping Space, Double Garage, has a camera at the front and back door, Interior is detailed.

Brand new building, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to Dallas downtown, Airports, Sports Arenas, Shops.

Lavida has open-concept living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, high speed WIFI. It offers five bedrooms, 1 games room/cinema room that doubles as a sleeping space, and 2.5 bathrooms, with free parking for up to 3 or 4 cars. Lavida can accommodate 16 people comfortably, internet is fast and free.

It has a private backyard with seating area, BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. A spacious yet chic and modern setting, with carefully selected interior design that gives peace and comfort, where guests can escape to, relax and enjoy an exotic urban oasis with a breathtaking view of Downtown Dallas.

Our guests will avail themselves of the comfort of a home, fully serviced, with amazing features and amenities in a stylish and coveted setting. The good size private backyard offers an ambience of relaxation for guests to enjoy. Lavida Villa caters for all types of guests, from multiple families with kids, to business traveller, travel nurses, holiday makers, large gatherings, groups, we have all manner of amenities including napkins, highchairs, baby cots, study area, games etc.

Ground Floor

The ground floor boasts of a spacious decorated the en-suite Master bedroom, a large bedroom with wall mounted TV (Netflix), attached to it is a private bathroom, a toilet, a full shower, a walk-in wardrobe, and private tub. The living space / lounge also comes with carefully curated furnishings, open plan with dining area and fully kitted kitchen with most kitchen amenities and utensils. It has access to the private backyard and the garage.

First Floor

The stairs to the first floor give direct access to the stunning games/ cinema room during the day and doubles as sleeping space at night where the 2 sofa beds can be pulled out as 2 double beds which sleeps 3 or 4 adults comfortably (beddings and linese are provided). There are 4 double size bedrooms (3 standard, 1 extra-large) with private wardrobes, and an adjoining family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas eve and Christmas day. The place was clean. They had pots for us to cook in. The kitchen was pretty much fully stocked. They had plenty of towels, not to much tissue, but everything that we needed was pretty much already there. My family and I had a great time! It was more than enough room for everyone. We played Christmas games until 2 am and the neighbors didnt complain. Although we were respectful. The only issue I had was the covers weren't clean. They do have a washer and dryer in the home so if you run into that issue definitely wash the sheets first. Overall for the price we paid we had a pretty good stay.

Great lovely house. Great value for money

It’s a perfect house for getaway. We stayed here with my family and I can see this was a steal. It’s large, spacious, brand new house, fast internet, it has a backyard, well decorated and cozy, and it’s 12 minutes drive from downtown Dallas. Highly recommended

The host was not attentive to fix a simple request to stop a smoke detector from beeping every 30 seconds. It continued our entire stay & even got loader. Also, the trash bins outside were overfilled with trash that animals got in and spread over the yard. We are very dissatisfied customers who will not use this service again.

Upon arrival we could see that the place had been cleaned, which was nice. The issue I had was the communication with the host. The first day I contacted the host to inform them of the issues that we notice with the home. The dining room table was missing, lots of scrapes on the walls, cigarette burn on the sofa, patio furniture broken and the backyard grass was grown over. The host responded promptly. Told me the reason for some of the issues. I was cool but I requested to at least get the grass cut ao my kids could be in the back. I did not hear back from the host until the day of check out. That's after having to contact VRBO customer service to get the check out instructions. Was inform that the team would only be the day after my check out. Communication was not good at all.

The house was located on the outskirts of Dallas and behind an old neighborhood. There was actually a room that had two twin beds instead of a queen. The upstairs bathroom was missing the toilet seat and was found on a shelf in the BR. I informed the host but nothing was ever done so my guest had to use the other two BR in the house. There were ants in the kitchen coming from behind the stove and around the baseboards near the fridge. The grass had not been cut in the backyard so it was overgrown. The kitchen sink was clogged when we went to wash up some dishes. I was told to use the BR plunger to unstop. There were not adequate dishes, or utensils to use. The few pots that were there were disgusting and nasty. There were stains in the carpet being covered by furniture. A missing smoke detector upstairs, broken outlets, dents in the wall, and broken chairs. There was no table as shown in the dinette area and a pc of the sectional was not present. The host was unresponsive a few times while there.

Hello Terry, From our records, you were able to check in successfully, and when you reached out about a few concerns, we responded because always take guest comfort seriously and act quickly whenever an issue is reported. The toilet seat was a minor fix because the cleaner took it out to clean the toilet thoroughly but because we had a late check out, she horridly left it. For the Ants, we disinfect our houses and we thoroughly maintain good hygiene, but unfortunately we don’t have control of small ants but we take hygiene measures always. The sink, you didn’t get back to us concerning it after we mentioned using the plunger. In general, many of the concerns mentioned here were not communicated to us during your stay. We had a long staying guest before your check in and Had we been informed, we would have gladly resolved them right away.
