This property was perfect as a home base for the week for our young family of five! Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well-supplied for cooking and storing food, neighborhood was quiet, and hosts were very easy to communicate with! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The surroundings and walkability of the area makes for a really relaxing stay. Suzy is a really great host too. All around a great experience!

This was a perfect spot for us. 30 minutes to Henderson Beach State Park, a little farther to The Big kahuna waterpark, and close to family. The property is clean and updated. There is a nice backyard, but we were so busy, we were not around to enjoy it.

Excellent Stay!

Very clean and plenty of room for a family of four! Suzy was a very attentive and accessible host. We stayed due to a local soccer tournament and the location was perfect. Will certainly stay here again.

This condo was very clean and had everything, and then some, of the things needed to be comfortable. It was quiet and my husband described the back porch as “soothing”!

Great location and property

This property is very centrally located in Niceville. Spacious rooms worked great for our family and friends. The property is very clean and furnished beautifully. Suzy was great to work with. We will try to stay with her again the next time we come to Niceville.

Comfy, cozy, and convenient. Host was extremely gracious and accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed several hours. And like Motel 6, she "left the light on" for us!

Hidden Gem

Nice Hidden Gem. Close enough to all the tourists attractions but far enough away to make this place feel like home. Clean and still has the new home feel. Hosts communication was spot on. Would reply back and was willing to help every step of the way. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Niceville or the Niceville area.

The house was even better than it shows online. Communication with property manager exceeded all expectations. House was extremely well stocked with towels even included toiletries! We very much enjoyed our stay. Was so comfortable and clean! Would absolutely stay here again!!! Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable. Neighborhood VERY QUIET!!!

Spectacular accommodations

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Sunny Niceville. The townhome was perfect for our stay. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Suzy was a great host and any questions we had she was very quick to respond. We hope to be repeat guest in the near future and highly recommend staying at “ Sunny Niceville”.
