Want a little more space than a small 1 bdrm apartment or condo on the beach? Modern, renovated, and less than 1 mile to the beach. With 6 beds, 1 pull out couch and crib available, you can sleep 5 comfortably, but can sleep up to 10 if you don't mind sharing space. This house is a small two story home with well utilized space. Great for a vacation. Wall mounted TVs in 3 rooms. Great space to relax out back or upstairs on the patio. Kitchen and family area are downstairs (with a pull out couch) with access to a fenced backyard and fire pit. There are 3 separate sleeping rooms. The king bedroom has a nice king size bed and has a twin blowup bed for kids, and a small closet. This is the largest room. The second bedroom is a queen bedroom with a crib available if needed, right at the top of the stairs. Please norify in advance if you'll need a crib. The third room, is a little bunk bed room, it is small extra sleeper area, with a bottom full size mattress and an upper twin size mattress. The couch downstairs is also a pull out sleeper. This home is just across the bridge from okaloosa island, right next to the lovely downtown restaurants. The neighborhood is a little older looking but it is a great deal for the ease of access to all Destin and Fort Walton Beach have to offer.

My family and I stayed in this house this past week. It’s a nice 3 bedroom. The bunk bed room is great for young kids. House is conveniently located to restaurants and shops, it’s close to the beach and the gulfarium. House was very clean and owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely book again.

It was clean, close to all activities and dining about 3 minute drive to the beach. The host was great and made sure we all were accommodated and kept in touch to make sure that we made it safely. The area was quiet. The backyard was closed in offering a more private setting along with a bbq grill and charcoal. They offer extra parking in the back. 10/10 we really enjoyed this home and the host was amazing!

Fun in Fort Walton

The townhouse was a great place to stay. Close to free beaches that were beautiful, a grocery store conveniently less than a mile away, and a quick drive to Destin.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The area was minutes away from Okaloosa beach and Destin. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had no issues getting in the place and the property manager was amazing! I can’t wait to come again.

Fort Walton Beach Stay

We had a good stay where we stayed. It was close to the beach and had good neighbors where we stayed and close to all of the grocery stores and gas stations. In a favorable location as well.

Property was in a good location for us but wasn’t clean when we arrived. Dog hair on the couch and floors. Microwave still had burnt food in it. We spent a couple hours cleaning after arriving. Dryer doesn't work either. Smoke alarms were missing or batteries were removed.

Property owner very responsive. Neighborhood looks sketchy but it’s just older. Very quiet. Location is close to everything. Property needs some work. Broken blinds, half rolls of toilet paper, backyard needs some attention. Killed 3 roaches while I was there.

This place is NOT a 3bd. The supposed 3rd bedroom is a closet with a bunk, no window, no ac, no air if door is closed. We left right away. Emailed the owner regarding false advertisement, never heard from him and it’s been a few days.

We love renting and have never had a single person who read the description of the tiny little bunk room, then got upset that it is small. This was the first one! The house has the beds exactly as explained, 6 beds, plus a pull out couch, but it is a smaller 2 story townhouse. We have rented the home to 100+ bookings and have a picture of the exact room on the listing. According to neighbors who saw, they showed up as a large group (appeared to be more than they booked for) and sent us a message almost 5 hours later saying they left, and were quite aggressive, requesting a full refund. They had not told us of any concern before this, and gave no option to work with them. Because they didn't officially cancel in app, since VRBO has rules regarding it, I had no way to relist or book anyone else. In responding that the listing is as described, they decided to give this review (choosing not to respond to us). They gave no option to have a conversation to further discuss what we could do. I hope to future renters, you will know we appreciate all our customers.
