Condo was well stocked, and had an excellent view. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Master bed was a little hard but otherwise we were very happy. Owner made check in and out very easy and checked in during the stay.

We had an outstanding time at this wonderful property. Great location on the very convenient second floor which still gives you a great view of the Gulf. Loved the layout of the condo. Well appointed. Clean. Lots of nice extras like beach towels, chairs, and beach toys. And the property owner was very responsive and helpful. We fully intend to come back to this great place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The ocean view is amazing! The condo is very clean and stocked with extras like beach towels and beach chairs. The two complimentary beach chair set up was my favorite! You walk to the beach and take your towel and relax. The kitchen even has a crockpot. Check in and out was so easy. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in the Destin area.

I loved the unit very much. It's a terrific view of the beach and water from the balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs, that is so nice. Parking is very convenient. The IP provides carts to carry your bags and other stuff. The Host supplies everything needed, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to name a few items. The kitchen is well stocked, with anything you will need. The unit is well kept and comfortable. The washer and dryer are full size. The host is very attentive and helpful. The hosts were the best. I loved the unit and I love the IP.

The owners really thought of everything, stocking so many little extras like beach toys, towels, and bags; games and movies and books; and everything we needed in the kitchen, along with clear instructions. Brad was easily reachable and responsive, and check in and check out were simple.The beach service was excellent, and the owners also had extra beach chairs and umbrellas in their closets for a larger group! We loved the private hot tub and heated pool on . I love that the unit is on the second floor so that you are just above the dunes and have a perfect view of the beach!

The unit was amazing. Perfect view. Clean. Everything we needed and more. Parking space and included beach chairs and umbrella. If you have children there is beach toys and crab nets. Beach chairs if you don’t bring your own. Plenty of blankets. Decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks for letting us be part of it. Kentucky families.

Great family location

This is a great place for families. I love Destin, but it tends to be very overcrowded. Okaloosa Island is close enough to Destin for dinner and entertainment, but provides a beach that is not overcrowded.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was very clean and is on the second floor which provided a great view of the ocean. It's a short walk down to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
