About this property

MILSuite separate entry...close to all things Owensboro and Daviess County.

MIL suite with separate entry in wooded country setting. This is our home we live in. The suite adjoins our home but also has separate entrance. Suite separated from main home by two deadbolt locked doors. One bedroom, living room, small kitchen area and bathroom. Clean, cozy. No stove but hot plate, charcoal grill, microwave and air fryer provided. Fridge and freezer also. Shower stall in bathroom. Cozy, comfy queen bed. Blow up queen air mattress(2) also available. Baby playpen available upon request Outside area is over 5 acres and you're welcome to walk around and sit at the small pond or near the barn. Yard has trampoline for kids, above ground pool and basketball goal outside. NEW Deck outside suite perfect for overlooking the woods or grilling on provided charcoal grill. Quiet area. Very close to Yellow Creek Park and highway 54. Must walk around house on grass to entrance. Children must be supervised around pond or pool. Swim at own risk. For stays over one week, guests will need to supply own toilet paper and paper towels after starter supply runs out. NO smoking of anything. If you smoke, $200 fee non negotiable. We do have a inside dog on the property.

The mother in law suite was adorable and clean. We were there for a competition and it was honestly perfect for what we needed. The host was responsive and friendly when we spoke. Will stay here again in the future for sure.

Cute property and the inside was really clean and nicely decorated. Bottom of the pool was pretty dirty but it didn’t stop my kids from swimming in the pool. Trampoline for the kids was too hard for them to get to though because there was taller grass around the trampoline. Still nice and suited our needs

Perfect place to stay

Ashley was an awesome host! We came to town for ROMP needing a place to stay cool and not have to camp in the humid heat. We got lucky and this property was newly listed. Everything was great! There was a small plumbing issue which was addressed immediately and caused no interruption to are stay. Would happily book this property next year and hope we get the opportunity! Thanks, Ashley!!

Don’t pass this one up!

Such an adorable place! Has everything and more that you could possibly need. No details have been left out. Sparkling clean! Quiet & peaceful location that makes you feel like you’re out in the country surrounded by nature, however you will be just a short drive to downtown Owensboro. Ashley was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to my inquiries. Absolutely loved this stay, highly recommend.

Country Living

The host was extremely fast with responding to our needs and questions. She was helpful and on top of the questions that were asked. The apartment was updated and smelled great from the moment we walked in. The couch was big and comfortable. The biggest downside to this property would be the lack of a walkway to your vehicle.

Tornado really .

So the air mattress has a slow leak .I called the number provide the info . As the tornado is in effect weird for a New Yorker,,, you get a text saying I’m so sorry the order was cancelled because of the tornado ..yet some how poof new box air mattress in the am ? Best host ever !!Now I need a reason to go to Kentucky again !
