Time for a peaceful beach trip! Just minutes to the beach, private 1 bedroom apt that is all new! Park outside your door! King bedroom with lots of storage & TV. Large bathroom with tile shower! Living Room has 50" Smart TV and access to a front patio. There is a kitchenette that has a Keurig, microwave/air fryer, refrigerator and table and chairs. Central air conditioning makes it comfy! Great S Forest Beach Location! At the end of owners home, so is attached but private entrance, nothing shared. This is a newly finished 1 bedroom apartment. You have your own parking, own entrance, own patio and nothing is shared with the owner. Minutes down a private beach access for residents only to the beach. The location is less busy than other beaches. Is located in wonderful South Forest Beach Drive, near Coligny and Sea Pines. The apartment offers everything you need for a quiet, restful stay! Owner requests Adults only. Back yard is off limits please.

My wife and I arrived early and the property manager was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The property was very clean, spacious for 2, and felt like home. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The internet/wifi was great the first night, but had issues with signal the second night. I’m not sure it was the properties’ issue as cellular service was poor as well that night. Access to the beach was very close as advertised and the beach chairs and umbrella provided were a plus. We had beach cruiser bikes delivered so we could bike around the island; very convenient. Stop at the local Piggly Wiggly to stock up on beverages and snack for the oversized mini fridge. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying at this property.

This was a great little apartment! It was super clean, fresh, bright colors and furnished so nicely. From the description, I thought the apartment was separate from the main house, but it is actually the first level of the main home. Concerning at first, but it was very quiet and private. We even had a deer greet us from the small yard on our way into the apartment after dinner! It is a very short, shaded walk to the quiet beach. The host was quickly responsive and accommodating to my requests before our arrival. Overall, it was a very nice stay for a weekend visit. I hope to return again.
