Congratulations! You have found a gem! This condo has been completely remodeled. Just completely repainted in 2026! Is in an ocean front complex and has ocean views! Comes with 2 bikes with basket and lock and beach items! Has 2 air conditioners, SUPER NICE and CLEAN!! Has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need! The bedroom has extra closets and storage. The bathroom has been completely re-done and high end! Has New couch & new recliner in 2026! The condo is near the popular Coligny Shopping Center and restaurants! Just bring yourself and some food and everything else is taken care of!! No other condo has so much to offer! This condo has it all. We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 049532

This is one of the best units at this complex. Easy to get to by stairs or elevator. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated.

Booked this place for my husband and I’s one year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for our little weekend staycation!! Loved how it was right on the beach the place was nice and clean and was in close proximity to everywhere we needed to go!! Definitely would rebook again if and when we go back to Hilton Head!!

We always love staying near Coligny. Lots of restaurants and shops. The bike trails are a favorite!

Great location

Great place to stay right on the beach! Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Nice updates to the unit.Only downside is the sleeper sofa is in need of replacement-very uncomfortable and hard to pull out and retract.

Quaint, cozy and quiet

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The condo was well equipped, very clean and secured. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous and it’s not a bad drive over to Savannah. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting a couples getaway.

The condo is very clean and very well equipped. We loved the location as we enjoy our walks on the beach and you just walk out the walkway and you are there. The owner communicated very well all we needed to know.

Wonderful villa on the ocean

Wonderful weekend getaway

Beautiful property right off the beach. Very clean, well stocked, bikes, beach chairs, games, and much more. When I reached out to Lori for help with locking the door ( a complete mistake on my part, as I was putting in the wrong code), I had no problem with getting in contact with her. We had a wonderful stay, and definitely plan to return!
