Irene 1205 is a beachfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1205 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, cozy chairs, a recliner, and a television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds and a bookshelf filled with lots of books great for beach reading! The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Better Than Expected

The pictures are very nice, but I felt that the space looked much nicer in person. Everything was updated and modern, yet homey. My family enjoyed the comfortable beds and amazing view of the beach. My husband and I loved the balcony furniture! Well done!

This property was worth the view and location. We loved having a balcony and watching sunrises on the beach side and watching sunsets on the bay side. The house was little dated but worked great for our stay.

Happy we stayed at this condo for our vacation.

Property was as described. Beds were comfy. Sofa bed air matress was awesome. Balcony furniture was much more than expected. Property manager was very accommodating. Elevators looked new and were great. Access to the beach was perfect. Pool was nice. We will definitely be staying again.

We stayed here for 7 days. Well worth it. A bit of a drive to the boardwalk and what not but close enough. The building is a bit outdated but was still in decent shape. Has a balcony to the ocean side and a balcony out front to the street side. Would stay here again

Nice property!

I reserve this property through VRBO. I put a credit card on file to pay for my deposit. I assumed that when the balance was due it would be automatically charged to my credit card on file. I contacted Shoreline Properties who is the rental manager. I informed them that I didn’t receive any request for the balance due and wanted to pay it. They charged me a late fee! The check in process at Shoreline was extremely easy and fast. Once we arrived at the Irene we had to check in with their front desk. The front desk person Miss Bobby was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was not happy that I had to pay to park for the week. I think it should be included in the price of the condo. The location of the unit is amazing. The ocean view is incredible! The cleaning of the unit was sub par, but can anyone clean as good as yourself?! There were a few maintenance issues but nothing to complain about as they didn’t affect our stay. I did report them on my checkout list. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

we enjoyed our vacation very much. condo was very clean. we enjoyed having balconies on ocean side to watch sunrise and a balcony across hall to see the sunsets. views on both balconies were awesome. condo provided everything to make the stay enjoyable.

Great view and beds. Lots of repairs needed.

When we got to the unit, we found no power in the bedroom 2 outlets so no lights. The outlet in the master near the window did not work either. In trying to access the washer/dryer area to check the fuse box, the door fell on me as it was not in the tracks. The TV remote in the bedroom was not working even after the engineer sent changed the batteries. You had to pull 1 out, put it back in and quickly press the power off button every time it need to be turned off. The dishwasher soap cover was missing and the dishwasher would not turn on, we believe because it would not lock. The engineer also went above and beyond to fix the door know that was loose. There was a lot of sand on the deck so that had not been cleaned. The drain in the master did not drain well. The issues we encountered led to us sitting in the condo for several hours awaiting repair completion vs. going to the store as planned which was not the best way to kick off our vacation. On the positive, the view was great and the beds were excellent in terms of softness. The ice maker kept up with heavy usage which was great. Overall, this unit needs a good maintenance overview and in my opinion, should be checked between rentals to make sure things are working well.
