Welcome to this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the popular Quay building in Ocean City, Maryland. Perfect for families or small groups, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and offers all the conveniences of home—plus the amenities of a resort-style getaway.
Step onto the private balcony and enjoy a partial ocean view, the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry machines, WiFi, and cable TV to keep everyone connected and entertained.

The condo features a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group. All linens are included, and we provide a helpful starter set of essentials—such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, coffee, and basic cooking ingredients—to make your stay even easier.

PLEASE NOTE: From April 3rd to November 6th, 2026, the building requires payment of a $100 parking fee. This fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

As a guest at the Quay, you'll have access to fantastic indoor and outdoor pools, giving you options no matter the season. Your Ocean City getaway starts here—relax, unwind, and enjoy everything this well-appointed coastal condo has to offer!

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
