Our country house overlooking the lake is located at Paratico (a popular tourist destination on the Lake Iseo, in the famous production area of Franciacorta wine) and it is also located in a nature protected reserve among the hills (a few steps from the lake shores where the are cafés to have breakfast and supermarkets open every Saturday and Sunday).
Villa “Le Fontanelle” is just 5km from the highway A4 Milano/Venezia and only 20 minutes from Milano/Orio al Serio airport, which makes it very easy to reach us and to visit the main art cities (Venezia, Verona, Milano and Bergamo).
In addition, our holiday home was built on the renowned Franciacorta Wine Route called "Strada del vino"; it is therefore ideal as home base for a wine tasting exploration tour of the area.

THE VILLA:
Our holiday home is a country house, partially renovated in April 2022, the architecture originated from the classic northern Italian style, with porches and open galleries on the outside facade and wooden ceilings together with folk furniture in the inside.
Villa “Le Fontanelle” is surrounded by a private walled garden (2.000 mq) where children could safely play while you relax, far from any neighbour or condo rules!
And if you fancy a BBQ dinner with your fiends, followed by a night plunge in the pool, well then you chose the right place!

WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN OUR PROPERTY:
- air conditioning in every bedroom;
- NEW 2026: private above-ground pool (7x3x1,2mt) “Antea” by Laghetto with beach chairs ;
- SMART TV: Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime video;
- free wi-fi;
- tennis table;
- bed linen and bath towels;
- dishwasher and washing machine;
- Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, eletric kettle and toaster;
- lake view porch with outdoor living room and dining room;
- lake view terrace with BBQ, cooker, shading structure and dining room;
- mosquito net at all windows;
- private parking;
- provided upon request free of charge only on specific request at the time of booking: 1 baby cot bed + 1 bed rail + 3 high chairs + 1 stroller.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The swimming pool is open from end of May to 30 September each year.
- The 3 bathrooms are distributed as follows: inside the house the first bathroom is located on the ground floor and the second on the first floor. The third bathroom is located in the basement, the access is only from the garden.
- The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the presence of stairs inside and outside.
- All bedrooms are on the first floor.
- The possible use of heating (in April, May and October) is quoted at 100 euros per stay.
- The departure must take place no later than 10am to allow cleaning and check-in on time for the following guests. Delays are charged 100 euros.
- If the garbage is not collected properly, according to the instructions given, 100 euros will be charged.
- Each evening water must be added to the pool up to half of the white edge, for damage to the health of the water will be charged 300 €.
