Our stay at Villa Le Fontanelle was just amazing! The house was very clean, the garden was nice and the view is really great. It’s perfect to have different terraces for sunny but also rainy days..We are thinking about coming again!

Fantastic house

We had a great stay at Andrea & Nadia’s place. The house is very spacious, offers multiple rooms and areas to relax and a fabulous view of the lake and surroundings.

An absolute gem

We absolutely loved our stay in paratico in the beautiful villa!!! It has everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. We will definitely be recommending this property.

Beautiful house with a view

We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed a week in this nice house in Paratico. The house is really beautiful. Four charming rooms and a modern kitchen. Three different terrasses with lake view. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. The lake is beautiful, too, but it‘s not easy to find a nice place to swim.

Beautiful Villa

We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍

Beautiful property with stunning views

Stayed as a family of 6 adults 1 child. The property was lovely and the views were amazing. We loved to eat on patio with the BBQ as this had the best views. Unfortunately we only used the pool a couple of times as there were several biting insects but the pool was lovely when we did use it. The location was also close to the lido belevedere so we went there one afternoon which was worth a visit. The villa itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. In the evenings you could relax in different areas of the villa and this was perfect for our group. I would also like to point out how helpful Andrea and Nadia were and they took the time to personally meet us on arrival and show us around the villa. If you are visiting Lake Iseo this is definitely a place I would recommend to stay.

This villa has a lovely kitchen and terrace with beautiful views of the lake. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and the fridge, dishwasher and washing machine are all good quality. This property should not be advertised as having 3 shower rooms. One of the three is not accessible from the house. You have to walk through the garden and into the garage to a very grim shower room, leaving a group of eight people with two toilets and two showers. The shower in the main bathroom has extremely low water pressure and we struggled to shower. We used the pool once, not great, it’s more of a plunge pool.

Ein super tolles, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf See und Ort. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Smukt, rummeligt og roligt hus og omgivelser. Manglede intet! Tæt til søen og bjergene - hvor vi både har sejlet på søen og vandret på Mt. Alto - efterfulgt af en skøn tur i egen pool, samt sovet godt i behagelig temperatur i huset trods varmen. Vil anbefale både området og huset til venner og bekendte - og kommer selv gerne igen. Wir hatten einen suuuuper Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Dies begann schon im freundlichen Austausch im Vorfeld mit Nadia und Andrea und am Anreisetag mit dem Check-In, wo wir verkehrsbedingt 2,5 Stunden später ankamen und parallel in Kontakt waren.Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb und somit hat man sein Ruhe. "Time to relax".Es sind nur wenige Geh- oder Fahrradminuten nach Paratico. Dort findet man alles was man braucht. Und von Paratico aus lässt sich vieles auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz. Besonders hervorzuheben sind bei schönem Wetter die Terrasse und viele andere Relax-Möglichkeiten sowie die moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem modernen Kühlschrank (Wasseranschluss mit Crasheis und Eiswürfel).Der neue Pool wertet das Ganze zusätzlich auf.Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Lokation sehr weiterempfehlen. ... jederzeit wieder....Danke an Nadja und Andrea

Maison avec vue

Très belle maison isolée située sur les hauteurs de Paratico avec vue sur le lac. Accès facile par un chemin via le bois et les vignes. Plusieurs terrasses agréables ; piscine ; cuisine moderne, fonctionnelle. Climatisation dans toute la maison. Calme, beaucoup de végétations et même une source sur le chemin qui mène à la maison, lieu de RV des locaux. Super sympa. Bref ne pas hésiter. Nadia nous a accueillis et donné beaucoup d'informations. Disponible tout le séjour en cas de besoin. Une semaine impeccable. NB. Une voiture ou vélo nécessaire pour se déplacer. Paratico à 5 min.

Empfehlenswert für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Das Haus und Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und größtenteils renoviert. Das Highlight des Hauses ist die Küche und die angrenzende Terrasse. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See und besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ist es dort wunderschön. Das obere Bad sollte noch renoviert werden und auch der Pool ist etwas abgenutzt. Ein richtiger Pool würde das Objekt nochmals stark aufwerten. Die Lage ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in 10min am Seestrand. Zur Fähre zum Monte Isola sind es nur ebenfalls nur 10min. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein unkomplizierter und schöner Aufenthalt.

Ideale et idéalement placée

La maison de Nadia est une belle villa surplombant le lac d’Iseo ; nous avons apprécié particulièrement la cuisine bien équipée et les climatisations dans chaque chambre. Il y a de quoi s’occuper une semaine : Bergame, Verone (à 1h), la belle île à l’eau limpide de Monte Isola. Nadia nous avait préparé toutes les informations nécessaires pour visiter.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick über den See, drei schöne Terrassen, die je nach Tageszeit und Temperatur ideal nutzbar sind. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die neue Küche mit Top Geräten. Für 8 Erwachsene genügend Platz, einzig ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein (wir haben es halt ausgelost). Haus, Pool und Garten sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Bad im ersten Stock könnte eine Aufrischung vertragen, aber es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in super Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist an einem Hang gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Bis zum nächsten Ort und zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit. Das Haus ist sehr gut und kinderfreundlich ausgestattet, einige Räume sind sogar kürzlich renoviert worden. Es gibt mehrere Bereiche, in denen man gemütluch zusammen sitzen kann: Esstisch und Couch/Sessel drinnen und draußen, Liegen am Pool... Dank perfektem Wetter haben wir meistens auf der Terrasse gegessen, von der aus man einen tollen Ausblick bis zum See hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem top! Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden nochmal wieder kommen.
