Things to Note:
This building has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras are on exterior of building facing entrances and parking areas.
The condo is located on the second floor, and this building has no elevator access. The interior stairwell is well-lit and secure.
No smoking. No pets. No parties. No events. No fireworks.
There is parking in a parking lot behind the unit. Guests are responsible for reading street signs and parking accordingly. Please be aware, there is absolutely NO STREET PARKING overnight in winter months. Guest vehicles parked overnight on the street during winter months will be towed – please park in the parking lot behind the building. A public boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina for guests with trailers.
This home does not have a BBQ.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.

The only thing that would have added a lot in my opinion would have been a full length mirror in the bedroom with the bunk beds. Clean, great location, quiet.

Prime location! Close to everything! Property is clean, well kept and the perfect size for 4. 6 if someone wants to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room but remember only 1 bathroom. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Parking is convenient. We visited in the summer time and the only thing I wish was we had a fan in the room with the bunk beds but the a/c in the living room is extremely cold.

I was in McCall for a ski competition for my daughter and her friends. Its convenient location to the mountain was excellent but most of all I loved that the kids could go out and walk the town without needing a car. The unit had all the conveniences I needed. Good internet, reserved parking, and a well stocked kitchen. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic apartment with parking in downtown McCall
Amazing location. I walked to two breweries, two coffee shops, two bike shops, the beach, the marina, and an ice cream shop - all less than 2 blocks away, most closer. It is brand new. All the finishes are perfect. Most of the appliances looked like they’d never been used. Window views are of the nice downtown. I was concerned about noise, but McCall shuts down to silence early and it was not a problem. The two included parking
