Great one level property that was clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, and even though it was in town, it had a country, private feel. Would stay again!
Wow, not sure where to begin! Great property and location, literally 10 minutes from everything you could need but when you get back you feel like your nowhere near a busy town! Becca the host was Amazing, quick to respond if you need Anything! The home was Beautiful and the Coffee Bar I would come back for that alone! Evenings on the deck by the river and the sounds of many hoot owls I miss already, will most definitely return to this slice of heaven, THANK YOU Becca!!
Home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. We stayed for a work event and when asked for an iron Becca had one delivered to us the next morning. She is a great host!
Nice house on a large lot in a gorgeous community. Convenient to everything, including some great bars along the river. Becca checked in often to see if there was anything we needed, which we didn’t.

Glad your stay went well! Thank you for supporting small businesses and staying with us!😊
We enjoyed the park-like setting of this quiet property. It was the perfect gathering space for our sibling reunion. The house was acceptably clean. The freezer does need to be wiped out.It was too windy to be outside the first days but our last morning was beautiful. We would have enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio but there weren't any chairs to sit. A grill is listed as an amenity but the owner sent a note saying we had to get propane and clean the grill before use. The owner should provide propane and make sure the grill is clean. That's a typical service provided at other VRBOs. It's an inconvenience for out of town guests to look for a place to fill a tank and to take time to clean a grill before using it. Check in is at 4 pm so it's hard to fill a tank and clean a grill before preparing an evening meal. My biggest fright came when I inquired about the access code before checking in. The owner said I only had an inquiry, not a reservation. I sent her a copy of my confirmation message with itinerary number and proof that the unit was billed to my credit card 2 months ago. Fortunately we got our stay but that was nerve wracking. Whatever glitch there is on the owner side needs to be fixed. We would stay here again. It was a good location and comfortable.
Great spot in Bismarck for our family to relax in between baseball games. Close enough to all Bismarck had to offer yet felt like we were in the country.
5 of us girlfriends enjoyed this very comfortable Vrbo. It is well stocked and clean. It does, however, advertise a hot tub. One would normally assume an outdoor hot tub which would accommodate several people. It is really a jacuzzi bath tub in the master bedroom. Otherwise we certainly enjoyed our stay!
My immediate family plus an Aunt and Uncle stayed for the 4th of July week. My wife is from the B/M area but did not know this particular neighborhood well. What a great location! Quiet with lots of space and beautiful trees all around. Only 10 mins from all of Bismarck and Mandan. Great food (The Pier) even closer! The house has a ton of space for kids and everyone to spread out. We only had six people but you could definately do more. Host was super helpful and the check in check out process was simple and straight forward. We would definately rent this house again!

We are so glad you loved the home as much as we do! Glad to hear it was spacious enough for you and your crew. Thank you for trusting us with your stay- especially over the 4th!☺️
We had a very nice stay here! The home is located in a fabulous location. The neighborhood is beautiful! The home is a little older but they maintain it and decorate it well! The home owner or manager (whoever I communicated with) was exceptional. We had one small issue when we first checked in but she was quick to get back to me and take care of it! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again as we are from out of state but have family in the Bis/Man area!
Loves the location and the inside of the home was clean and very cozy. The only complaints I have are that it was hard to communicate with the host via the app and then when she did give me her phone number, on day of my checkout, she did not answer a questions in the morning and never did respond with any feedback. Inside by the front door there was a cobweb with a big black spider in it. Then the outside was very neglected with cob webs and huge barn spiders in them, the plants we all dead with weeds grown in, there was leaves everywhere and a lot of leaves on back deck with lots more webs and spiders caught in the webs.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I’m really happy to hear that you loved the location and found the inside of the home clean and cozy — that means a lot.
I’m truly sorry for the difficulty you experienced with communication. Unfortunately, VRBO has had ongoing issues where host notifications are delayed or don’t always come through, which can make timely responses a challenge. On top of that, I’ve been dealing with some serious health issues recently, but please know that I’m doing my best to stay on top of everything and care for each guest’s experience.
We do hire professional cleaners for every turnover, but because the property is in a natural setting and can sometimes sit for a few days between guests, it can be tough to fully combat the outdoor elements like cobwebs, leaves, and the occasional spider — especially during certain seasons. I know that’s not ideal, and I’ll be working with my team to improve this wherever possible.
Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to share your thoughts — your feedback is truly appreciated!
