The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. Two additional rooms have queen beds.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check Out is by 11:00am

Leave any beds that were slept in unmade so that the cleaning crew will know
Belongings: Remember to take your belongings
Kitchen: Place any used dishes into dishwasher & Start the Dishwasher. Turn off the oven
Lights and Appliances: Switch off lights and fans
Set thermostat: Winter months at 65* and summer months at 75*
Trash: Dispose of any trash in bin in the garage. If your stay is on a Thursday, please put the bin on the curb by 9am.
Upon leaving, please text 972-832-1852 that you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
