Welcome to your home away from home at Casamare! This Soundside House provides 3 welcoming Bedrooms, 2 Comfortable Baths and much more to recommend it!
HVAC and Ceiling Fans throughout. Exterior Laundry Area with Washer/Dryer for your convenience. Living Area and Bedrooms with Smart TVs. Wireless High Speed Internet. A Fully Equipped Kitchen includes Keurig Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven. Enjoy a friendly game of pool with the provided Pool Table.
Enjoy seaside breezes and afternoon siestas in the Covered and Open Deck Areas with Furniture. Maneuver around town or take a ride down the bike path with the Golf Cart & 6 Bicycles Rental Package ($400 + tax weekly stays, $200 + tax nightly stays), dine at home and create your seafood sensations with the Gas Grill, and make use of the Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot & Cold Water to rinse those cares away!
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Don't forget those canine family members! Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year-round.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
