We are providing private non smoking room and you don't need to share room with other people. We will accept up to three people but please notice that the room is small for three people.
You can use free Wifi in your room.

The room is near Shimoigusa station. It will take about 4-5 minutes walk from the room to Shimoigusa station.
The apartment is close to Shinjuku, the center of Tokyo. It will take about 17 minutes from Shimoigusa station to Shinjuku station by train.

Everything you need for stay such as tooth brush, towels, soap, shampoo, rinse, hair dryer, folks, knives, kitchen knife, cutting board, pots and pans, plates, cups, micro wave oven, refrigerator and freezer, small oven, small cooking electric stove, TV in your room.
We also provide one high bed and 2 foldable beds. Please see the listing pictures too.
There's kitchen and toilet and shower with bathtub is in your room. There's also an air conditioner.
Supermarket open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM, convenience store which opens 24 hours, Japanese style pub, tavern, restaurants, post office is all 4-5 minutes from your room.

The room is no smoking. Please be silent at night time.
