Nous fournissons des chambres non-fumeur privées et vous n'avez pas besoin de partager la chambre avec d'autres personnes. Nous accepterons jusqu'à trois personnes, mais veuillez noter que la salle est petite pour trois personnes.
Vous pouvez utiliser le Wifi gratuit dans votre chambre. Nous louons également le Wifi mobile gratuitement afin que vous puissiez utiliser le Wifi à l'extérieur de la chambre également.

La salle est près de la gare de Shimoigusa. Cela prendra environ 4-5 minutes à pied de la chambre à la gare de Shimoigusa.
La salle est proche de Shinjuku, le centre de Tokyo. Il faudra environ 17 minutes de la gare de Shimoigusa à la gare de Shinjuku en train.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rester, comme une brosse à dents, des serviettes, du savon, du shampoing, du rinçage, un sèche-cheveux, des couteaux, un couteau de cuisine, une planche à découper, des chaudrons, des assiettes, des tasses, un four micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et un congélateur, un petit four, petite cuisinière électrique, TV dans votre chambre.
Nous fournissons également un lit haut et 2 futons qui sont un lit de style japonais. S'il vous plaît voir la liste des images aussi.
Il y a une cuisine et des toilettes et une douche avec bashtab est dans votre chambre. Il y a aussi un climatiseur.
Supermarché ouvert de 10h00 à 1h00, dépanneur ouvert 24h / 24, pub de style japonais, taverne, restaurants, bureau de poste à 4 ou 5 minutes de votre chambre.

La chambre est non fumeur. S'il vous plaît soyez silencieux la nuit.

Vous pouvez utiliser le WiFi gratuitement dans votre chambre.

Great stay.

Great area to stay. Peaceful area and not that far from other cities. Easy access to the train stain and konbini every corner. Mr.Toru made sure everything that was needed was there. Would stay again.

Returning home

This was a lucky find for me as I am returning to Tokyo after a three year (Corona virus) absence. I used to live nearby and have now found a new place easily, and also nearby, thanks to this little oasis on my journey home.

Super Convenient

2 small Japanese blocks (3-min walk) from Shimoigusa Station of Seibu Shinjuku Line. There are supermarkets Santoku, Seiyu, and convenience stores & restaurants in walking distance. Every chore can be done in the walking distance. The apartment itself is a typical Japanese studio, but it's such a bargain with room WiFi at this convenient location. Neighbors were so quiet & I wondered if anybody was living in other units (but they do cuz I ran into them!) So, this unit is not for you if you plan on partying. 西武新宿線の下井草駅から徒歩3分で、とにかく便利な場所で助かりました。三徳や西友という大手スーパーやコンビニはもちろん、パン屋や蕎麦屋など、近所で何もかも済ませられます。アパート自体は、とても静かで、他に住人が住んでるのかと思うほどでした。長男がゲームして叫んでたのが、お隣に響いていないことを祈ります。（苦笑）

There is a grocery store next to the Lawson's in front of the nearby station as well as a nearby 100 yen store. Very convenient for a traveler.
