Private home with a huge backyard. Remodeled home with high end finishes and designer decor. Surfers paradise, you are just a short 5 minute walk to T-Street beach, 11 houses away from beach access and 8 min walk to the San Clemente Pier and numerous restaurants, bars, and retail stores. This is a premier home in the best location! The property features a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, outdoor shower, beautiful front deck, huge grassy backyard, BBQ grill, Bose sound system, and 60", 55" & 50" TV screens with Satellite system. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with around 2000 sq ft. When at the beach, enjoy the use of surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and other toys. Although the summer months boast the warmest temperatures, in the winter months San Clemente returns to its roots as a quiet beach town. Beaches are much less crowded and temperatures still average in the high 60s and low 70s.The home's easy beach access puts you and your family a 5 minute walk from San Clemente's world famous surfing T-street beach. A beautiful, dog friendly, beach trail on either side of the property extends south to Cotton's point (where you will find President Nixon's Western White House) and further north to SC North Beach. The home is just a 2 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue. A 5 minute walk from our home on the beach trail will lead you to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant. Short ride to world class Trestles and San Onofre beaches. San Clemente in located between all of San Diego attractions and Disneyland. All within 45 min drive. 4 night min.

Very comfortable space.

I booked this property for a family vacation. What I loved most about it was the floor plan. There were two living areas separated by a fireplace, which was very nice. This house has plenty of outdoor seating, as well and a huge backyard. It is located extremely close to the beach, the pier, and an easy golf cart ride to the shops on Del Mar.

Absolutely Magical

This house is beautifully decorated with a perfect beachy vibe. It is extremely well appointed with everything you could ever need or want for a perfect vacation. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quiet and very friendly. The owners are very nice and helpful completing the perfect vacation rental experience. Highly recommend!

So much fun!

House was just lovely with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach! Tastefully decorated and a nice big back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the chill vibe of San Clemente. Great location that was close to the beach and the downtown area for restaurants and shopping. Plus 2 mins from a large Ralphs grocery store made it easy to shop and cook meals. We loved being able to get around town and to the beach in the golf cart - the kids especially got a kick out of this and the adults enjoyed not having to carry a bunch of beach stuff. Even our dog learned to enjoy riding in the golf cart to parks! Hosts are fantastic and super responsive. Appreciate them sharing their home with us!!

Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home, its proximity to T-Street beach, and the convenience of the electric golf cart to explore all San Clemente has to offer. Wonderful back yard, many ping pong matches and great for the dogs. Front deck was perfect early evening spot to feel the ocean breeze and hang out. The hosts were very helpful, quick to respond, and very easy to deal with. We hope to be back soon!

This home was amazing! The owners were great to work with and the home is in a perfect location! Walk to T-Street… iconic surf spot!, downtown SC, beach trails etc. We loved having our Christmas here this year! Master shower is possibly the best thing in the entire house! Although the backyard gives it a real run! Highly recommend this home!

Great house, location & owners!

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at this house in November 2021! The house is beautiful and very clean inside. The beds were super comfortable and the 3rd bathroom off the kitchen (with shower) was a bonus. There are two living rooms areas (1 with a nice big tv) that provided everyone with a place to kick it indoors. The backyard and front deck were great not just for us humans but also for our 2 older dogs who joined us for the stay. The golf cart was used everyday, what a fun way to get around SC, we loved it! The owners were terrific. They were super responsive to questions before we booked and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more, other than to wish we could have stayed longer - next time! Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay at your home, we all truly enjoyed it :).

Great location, wonderful hosts

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and it wasn't nearly enough time. The property owners are very communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful. They have everything you would want for a near beach home. Toys, umbrellaumbrells, boogey boards, A STREET LEGAL GOLF CART STYLE VEHICLE, blankets, beach towels, sand toys, etc. The house itself has wonderful bedding, great kitchen wares, spices/ oils, and anything you would need to help create home cooked meals when desired. Both the front and backyard are amazing. Great for kids, a dog, and family as a whole. The pictures don't do this property justice. We will be back!

Immaculate and Amazing!

Very nice property that was perfect for our family. Great outdoor spaces both in front and in back of the house. The interior of the home was very well done and comfortable. This was just an overall great VRBO with very responsive owners. I've got to say that the 6 person golf cart was amazing to get to and from the beach and into town. Wow!

We loved our stay at Aaron and Kelsey’s house in San Clemente. The house was perfect and the location was close to the beach and town. The outside area and indoor decor were so great. We loved using the golf cart to get to town and go to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed.

We definitely want to return next year. A 5 minute walk to the beach was easy but with the 6 person souped up golf cart supplied, we had really easy transportation to the beach and town 1 mile away. The master shower was oversized with two heads and never ending hot water. The beds were comfortable and inviting. The owners responded to our request to fix the BBQ and I tightened the kitchen faucet which was a little loose. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in which we did a lot of becasue of covid. There were only 6 teaspoons, perhaps they walked away unintentionally. Plenty of deck space in the front and a pleasant enclosed back yard was inviting as well. Parking was easy and our hosts were attentive to texts and or emails. A wonderful experience.

Sun Drenched and Water Logged

Husband and Wife owners/property managers were accessible during booking process and stay. Requested an adjustment to our check-in/out days a couple weeks prior and they accommodated. Wonderful property location 3 blocks from T-Street Beach. Close enough to walk, just far enough that you don't have day beach users parking in front of house. Highlight of property is the front deck, it's big, great place to lounge and watch the sunset or chat into the evening after dinner. Interior furnishings, bedding, kitchen appliances, bathrooms all top shelf. WiFi worked flawlessly all week. Bluetooth sound system that we easily connected to and played our favorite music from our Pandora app. Nice touch outside shower to rinse after a sandy day at the beach. Owner leaves an over-sized ice chest on the back patio where you can store your beverages and not eat up all the fridge space. And really nice touch that owner allows the use of their 6-seater Club Cart, boogie boards, and beach chairs stored in garage. We parked our cars out front, and almost exclusively used the Club Cart all week. House is about 1 mile from the Avenida Del Mar.....San Clemente's main street for shopping and dining. Convenient to drive over in Club Cart thru residential streets and not deal with finding parking in a full size car during a busy summer month. Sidenote: Echo Cart Rental is 5 blocks away. We had 8 in our family so we rented a second cart from Echo they left it in the driveway was waiting for us when we arrived. Was very convenient to have two carts. Truly a special home located in one of SoCal's best beach communities. From SC we could have hit Disneyland, Angel Game, Del Mar Horse Track, Padre Game, you name it so many things to do within an hour drive. The beach, this house, the dining, it was all so good that each day we woke and stayed put. The most relaxing week of vacation we've had in many years.
