Fully remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 bath home, located in the south end of the beautiful City of San Clemente. Home has blue water ocean view from living room and patio off of the kitchen, also has a shared roof deck with a 180 degree view of the ocean. A short walk of 15 min to get to the beautiful San Clemente State beach or a 5 min drive to the parking lot. You also are in a prime location to be able to surf world famous trestles.
1 small dog under 25lbs is allowed, additional dogs with be charged at $35 dollars per night. Any other size dog must be approved by the host.

Beautiful quaint beach town

Overall, the house was exactly what we needed. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The roof patio are was lovely to catch sunsets and to hang out. We would stay here again! Close to the beach, a quick drive.

Perfect Place for Hanging and Surfing!

This home is incredible - especially the kitchen, the comfy beds, and the rooftop deck! We were able to comfortably sleep 6 people for 5 days and were minutes from world class surfing. HIGHLY recommend this place for a gathering of friends and/or family. The hosts were wonderful - communicative and quickly responded, and provided access to beach gear. It was such a special week!!

Best kitchen ever

This place was exactly as pictured! My family and I stayed here for my Marine son’s wedding. The kitchen exceeded expectations and I chose it for the kitchen amenities. I was able to cook a family meal (grill was in good working order) and assemble a wedding cake easily. The primary bedroom/bath was fantastic and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Good for concert at Ohana

We didn’t want to fight traffic or busses and went to the south parking at 10am. We left our car there and walked around the many areas to be. It was convenient and easy to get out of the festival. We walked along the beach to our car and almost no traffic getting out that direction. Easy drive to the condo. Everything was very nice at the condo. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks!

It’s a very nice property, and clearly well-managed by the owners. Nicely (and comfortably) decorated. About a 40 minute hike on a beautiful trail to Trestles, one of the world’s finest surf breaks. San Clemente is one of California’s most amazing beach towns with excellent dining and beaches a short Uber away from the property. If there’s a downside, the property is across the street from the I-5 freeway, so some street noise that impacts use of the rooftop patio or opening up the house for some fresh air. Overall, a great value that we would enjoy again.

Beautiful Condo! Would Recommend! Watch beautiful Sun Sets and Rises from the Roof top Terrace! This Beautiful Condo has everything you could need. Kind & Helpful hosts with great communication, Comfy beds, clean, check-in made easy, and the listing accuracy. The entire home is beautiful. The Trestles Wave House-B condo was well-equipped and everyone enjoyed their stay, the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful and functioned well, and the kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals in-house during your stay. We used the garage to store our outdoor belongings, bikes, beach supplies. Relaxed and watched the beautiful Sun Sets and Rises from the Roof top Terrace! 10/10-Would Recommend Trestles Wave House-B condo to anyone looking to stay in San Clemente.! It was an Overall great place!!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 3-night stay at Trestles Wave House-B condo and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in San Clemente. This unit is the upstairs option and offers a little more privacy than the downstairs unit, but the downstairs unit has a backyard to relax on vs the small balcony the upstairs has. The unit was well-appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay, the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful and functioned well, and the kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals in-house during your stay. We used the garage to store our outdoor belongings, bikes, beach supplies and although we had a little trouble with the remote the manager promptly visited the location to assist. Of course, I got the garage opened just before he arrived. Overall it was a great place to stay while in town and would return with my family or friends the next time we're in town.

From beginning to end, communication with property owners was phenomenal. Thank you for truly going above and beyond what is expected. We really enjoyed being able to stay in San Clemente in comfort. Beds are luxurious and the property has everything you could possibly need.

Perfect for family

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. The primary suite was large with a huge walk in closet. The primary bathroom was spacious. We loved having the 2 sinks and the beautifully tiled walk in shower. Our boys lounged on the very comfortable sofa in the living room. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and laundry too. The condo is right off the freeway. We could not hear the freeway from inside that condo. It was also nice to have a garage to secure our car in at night. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Beach reunion

We stayed at the Testles wave house for a family reunion in Sac Clemente. We were very impressed with our accommodations and loved our week long stay. Upon arrival, the house was spotless and accurately depicted on the website. What impressed me the most was how well stocked the house was. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and have never had such a well stocked kitchen, not to mention supplies such as sandwich bags, spices, small beach lunch coolers and many more. We flew in and didn’t travel with much, so it was very appreciated! We would definitely stay there again.

Weekend in Cali with friends

The condo was so cute and plenty of room for the four of us. I loved the decor and it is so well equipped! The welcome bottle or wine and popcorn is such a lovely touch! We found it to be so well organized and we e were closed to the other area beach towns. Great place!!!

Great family place

Everything was to our liking. Fully stocked kitchen queen and king beds were super comfortable. The bunk beds were really squeaky. Roof top seating area was great. Host was very helpful.

For surfers, world famous Trsteles is only 1 mile away and surf shops are 1 block away.
