- This home is only available for stays of 6 nights or more.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in this home. Maximum weight is 50 lbs. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Parking Details:
- Oversized vehicles such as Sprinter vans, U-Hauls, RVs, and any commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please review all community rules and regulations carefully.
- All vehicles must display the required permit provided by the gate—failure to do so will result in towing.
- Vehicles accommodating 10 or more people are not permitted.
- A decal must be displayed on the car at all times.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Our family had a great time together during our stay. It was nice to be in walking distance from the beach (less than 1.5 miles) and in such a lovely part of the country. The property manager is very available to help with whatever you need. It was so relaxing.

My husband and I and our little dog stayed here for four nights with my sister and her husband. The home is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and quite spacious for 4 people. It is very close and convenient to all Dana Point has to offer- the Harbor and Strands, Monarch and Salt Creek Beaches are just minutes away. We particularly enjoyed our gorgeous walks every morning with our pup through the golf course and down to Monarch Beach. There is a lovely trail that meanders through the lush golf course grounds and lands you right down at the beach. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating and always answered my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Very very clean! Well stocked with lovely dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Towels and bedding good quality.Great mattresses ( often not the case in many rentals we’ve used.)Lots of great texts and phone support from Avant Stay. They even gave us a Britta water filter and blow up mattress that we needed. I wish all properties were like this one!
