Questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato (2018) orientato alla famiglia, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, lavanderia con piscina, si trova a North Central Myrtle Beach.
Goditi la fantastica vista delle dolci onde dell'oceano, mentre sorseggi la tua tazza di caffè mattutina, in questo condominio al terzo piano.
La vista è fantastica; sei in grado di vedere per miglia su e giù per la costa.
La grande spiaggia è a pochi passi. Non è necessario che tu porti le tue sedie o il tuo ombrellone; sono forniti per comodità, nella nostra area di stoccaggio al piano terra.
Abbiamo assegnato un parcheggio coperto.
Questo condominio ben arredato può ospitare 6 persone, con un letto king size e due letti singoli, con un divano letto.
La cucina ha tutti i comfort. Ripiani in granito. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità (non è necessario recarsi in una lavanderia automatica).

Beautiful views! Convenient location.

Nice updated condo just steps from the beach. It was very quiet and family friendly. The owners are very nice and responsive to questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our week at the beach in this cozy 2 BR condo!

Perfect Getaway!

This property was perfect for us. The view from the deck is spectacular. We also encountered excellent weather. The condo has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Perfect holiday

Location of condo was amazing! Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and beach. Condo nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time away from home! Carol was very friendly and easy to work with.

Great place to relax on the beach...easy to get to and lots of options for shopping and dining close by. Carol was great to work with! Gave us lots of ideas on places to go to make the time entertaining and enjoyable. Great communication as well!

Great property and location!

This property was a great fit for our family. Exactly as advertised. Right in the middle between Myrtle beach and North Myrtle. We have young kids so they enjoyed the amusement parks (both within short driving distance) and the pool. Loved the oceanfront views from the balcony. Felt like the perfect beach home stay. Highly recommend.

Nice two bed condo. only negatives are the 3rd floor walk up and parking spot under condo very narrow. Otherwise nice place.

Very clean and comfortable

We love Long Bay Dunes, especially this unit. It was extremely clean and well appointed. We've stayed in other units in this building but have never been so pleased. It is spacious and exactly as the pictures show. It is an excellent beach location with many restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that loves the beach!

I have stayed in this building several times in different units over the years. Units are older and in need of some refreshing but overall the unit was clean. I do bring a small amount of my own kitchen items due to dietary/allergy needs. I will say the kitchen pads need updated. I did wash them. Beach chairs were not in best shape, rusty. There was a pretty good selection of other beach items. They have a great yard area we have used over the years to throw football, play cornhole, take family photos in. They have a nice small pool area. It is convenient to have an outdoor grill which we used one of our nights there. Nice unit in a great location for the price.

A keeper

We had a wonderful visit to your condo! Everything was as promised and more. There were so many things in the storage closet that made out trip even better. There were plenty of dishes for us to do some cooking and the house was super clean. I own a cleaning company and I always have to re clean when we arrive somewhere but didn't have to at all. Def will come back and stay! Thanks for your fast responses and wonderful condo

Beautiful Ocean View

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as all kitchen items you will need to enjoy your meals. The master bedroom and deck provide endless views of the ocean and beach. The beach is only a 30 second walk from the condo and you are provided with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. This is a huge plus because most places charge for beach accessories. Carol was great to work with and responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question.

A great place to stay

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with our family! Your condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and was located in a great area! It was great to have our own assigned parking space. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and many attractions. The view of the ocean from the balcony was outstanding. There were plenty of towels and linens to meet our needs for the entire week. The kitchen was fully stocked and very nice as well. We enjoyed our days at the ocean and spending time in the pool. The pool area was clean and never too crowded. The chairs and umbrella provided were an added comfort. My daughter was very happy that you provided WIFI. We would love to stay here again and most definitely recommend this unit to our friends! You made our vacation very enjoyable!!

Awesome time!

First, the owners are great to work with. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and they gave recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. Very attentive to your visit. I definitely have to ditto many of the review comments I've seen here...clean condo, everything you need and you can't beat the location if you don't necessarily want to be in the thick of the high rises. The condo is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and right on the beach! The view is fantastic and we very much enjoyed listening to the waves the entire time we were there. All the attractions are close and easy to get to whether you're going north or south. We enjoy nature so it was fun to go shelling, birding and watching the dolphins from the balcony. We even saw sharks at the Garden City Pier. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely love to come back to this great condo.

Great Getaway

Thank you Carol and Mike for a great week in Myrtle Beach. We love this area and this rental fit the bill perfectly for us. Although the weather was unseasonably cold, their homey rental provided everything one would need to enjoy any vacation. This condo is fully equipped making it a great one suitcase vacation. Balcony gives you a feeling of being right on top of the water, unlike the high rises that are so far away. Many amenities included that we never got around to using. Great Wifi, comfortable beds, nice flat screen t.v.s, and unforgettable views. Everything here is as stated and BETTER! A pleasure to rent from, Carol made communication easy! Don't let the 3 floor climb scare you from this rental! You only carry your suitcase up once and then you will want to stay forever!

Wonderful Property!!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this lovely property! The condo was beautiful, well appointed, clean, and the view was to die for!!! The downstairs shed for storing sandy chairs and boogie boards was a real bonus, and helped to keep the condo so much cleaner and sand-free! The location was perfect. It was only about a ten minute drive in any direction to get to all of the major attractions. The Malecki family was very responsive to our concerns…we had a power issue while we were there, and they had an electrician come in and take care of the issue as quickly as possible. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the air conditioner in the twin room needs to be cleaned or replaced…the room was very musty and moldy smelling. I tried using my travel essential oil diffuser, and even that could not eliminate the smell. Overall though, we really enjoyed our time at this condo and hope to book it again for next year. Thank you again to the Malecki family for sharing your beautiful property with us, and for being such amazing hosts!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT VACATION IN THE PERFECT LOCATION!

If you want the perfect condo, this condo is the one for you! I personally don't care for the high-rise resorts, and this place was exactly what I wanted. After booking with the wonderful owner, I wondered whether the view could really be as good as the pics. IT WAS! I could waste away days and days sitting on the deck just staring at the ocean which really is only a few feet away. The building is certainly an older building and there is no elevator, but the property is extremely well maintained and very clean. The condo was on the 3rd floor and requires climbing about 50 steps, but I enjoyed the exercise. The interior of the condo was very clean and well maintained also. It may not have the latest and greatest furnishings, but this was a non-issue with us because it was so clean and again the location was perfect. It is located on the northern end of Myrtle beach about 10 minutes from downtown. The king bed in the master was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and hope to stay there again!

Beach Trip

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Steps are a challenge, but not too bad. Parking a little bit of an issue. Other renters use overflow parking and that leaves no parking if you have more than one vehicle.
