This family oriented, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, laundry room condo with pool, is located in North Central Myrtle Beach.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the gently rolling waves of the ocean, as you sip your morning cup of coffee, in this third floor condo.
The view is fantastic; you are able to see for miles up and down the coastline.
The large beach is just steps away. There is no need for you to bring your own chairs or umbrella; they are supplied for your convenience, in our ground floor storage area.
We have assigned covered parking.
This nicely furnished condo sleeps 6, having a king size bed and twin beds, along with a queen size sleepier.
The kitchen has all amenities. Granite countertops. Washer and dryer in the unit(no need to travel to laundromat).
There are flat screen televisions in the living room as well as both bedrooms.
We are just minutes away from grocery stores, outlets, golfing, restaurants (several within walking distance) and entertainment.
If it is the beach you want for relaxation, this is the place for you. Whatever your needs for your vacation, Myrtle Beach, & Long Bay Dunes C3 can supply.

I have stayed in this building several times in different units over the years. Units are older and in need of some refreshing but overall the unit was clean. I do bring a small amount of my own kitchen items due to dietary/allergy needs. I will say the kitchen pads need updated. I did wash them. Beach chairs were not in best shape, rusty. There was a pretty good selection of other beach items. They have a great yard area we have used over the years to throw football, play cornhole, take family photos in. They have a nice small pool area. It is convenient to have an outdoor grill which we used one of our nights there. Nice unit in a great location for the price.

Beautiful views! Convenient location.

Nice updated condo just steps from the beach. It was very quiet and family friendly. The owners are very nice and responsive to questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our week at the beach in this cozy 2 BR condo!

Great property and location!

This property was a great fit for our family. Exactly as advertised. Right in the middle between Myrtle beach and North Myrtle. We have young kids so they enjoyed the amusement parks (both within short driving distance) and the pool. Loved the oceanfront views from the balcony. Felt like the perfect beach home stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this lovely property! The condo was beautiful, well appointed, clean, and the view was to die for!!! The downstairs shed for storing sandy chairs and boogie boards was a real bonus, and helped to keep the condo so much cleaner and sand-free! The location was perfect. It was only about a ten minute drive in any direction to get to all of the major attractions. The Malecki family was very responsive to our concerns…we had a power issue while we were there, and they had an electrician come in and take care of the issue as quickly as possible. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the air conditioner in the twin room needs to be cleaned or replaced…the room was very musty and moldy smelling. I tried using my travel essential oil diffuser, and even that could not eliminate the smell. Overall though, we really enjoyed our time at this condo and hope to book it again for next year. Thank you again to the Malecki family for sharing your beautiful property with us, and for being such amazing hosts!!

Beautiful Ocean View

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as all kitchen items you will need to enjoy your meals. The master bedroom and deck provide endless views of the ocean and beach. The beach is only a 30 second walk from the condo and you are provided with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards. This is a huge plus because most places charge for beach accessories. Carol was great to work with and responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question.

This place is absolutely perfect! The arrival/departure and contact with the owners was perfect. Close to attractions and only a few steps to the beach. Property is very well maintained! We will be going back!

Beach Trip

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Steps are a challenge, but not too bad. Parking a little bit of an issue. Other renters use overflow parking and that leaves no parking if you have more than one vehicle.

This condo is in a perfect location! Oceanfront with a fantastic view, assigned parking under the building, and far away enough from downtown where it’s not too crowded. Convenient to restaurants and shops.

Great condo, exactly as described

We enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. The condo was clean, in a great location, and perfectly fit our family's needs. At the condo you have a beautiful view of the sunrise and the beach. We appreciated the ground floor closet to store beach toys, etc. so sand stayed out of the condo. The location couldn't be beat. There were several grocery stores nearby, which were perfect because we cooked a few nights during our stay. The condo is also walking distance to a Starbucks, what more could you ask for!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean and had everything you would need. The best part is the location right on the beach. Sitting on the balcony makes you feel as if you are right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting there in the morning and evening. We found a great restaurant not too far away, Hook and Barrel.

Lovely, Quiet, and Conveniently Located!

I have stayed in many VRBO properties in the US and abroad, and I have never stayed in one so beautifully appointed. This condo has been really well-maintained; it is well-decorated, comfortable, conveniently located between North Myrtle and the boardwalk area, spacious, and best of all, right on the beach with a balcony. You'll have the nest of both worlds: close enough to the "action" but the location is quiet--and there is protected parking. The location is easy to get to and perfect for daytrips to the state parks, Brookgreen Gardens, and Georgetown. Also close to restaurants and grocery stores, this condo is a perfect getaway spot for a solo getaway, a small family, a girlfriends' trip, or a couple. The kitchen is fabulous and has everything needed to cook meals. The pictures online are excellent, but the condo is even better in person. The owners, Carol and Mike, attended immediately to a small maintenance problem and were easy to contact. They were great! A minor downside is that it is on the third floor, so be prepared to carry things up and get your steps in. I'm no spring chicken, but didn't find that to be a problem--and the sunrises and sunsets are absolutely worth it from the balcony. This is a place you won't want to leave! I plan to go back!

Excellent Beach Getaway

Great location, right on the beach, with a comfortable and well equipped unit. Carol was very attentive to any needs we may have had, but there was no need to bother her. Highly recommended!
