A traditional Bermudian house in a great location with exceptional views over Harrington sound. Marion was very responsive, helped us with a welcome pack for our arrival and was clear on check-in and check-out. All in all a very successful return visit to the Island

Marion was very responsive to all of my inquiries. The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. We used the Weber grill and enjoyed a few dinners at the home. It was a quiet, private location that afforded us a much needed peaceful vacation.

High Terraces exceeded my groups expectations and more! I traveled with my sister and her husband and another couple and we are not first timers in Bermuda. My sister and I have visited 16/17 times so we are very familiar with the island. This was our first time staying at High Terraces, though. We have usually stayed in St David's but our previous host was no longer renting her house so we had to branch out. The location of the house in Smith's is perfect - so central to everything important! We loved that Harrington Hundred's was just down the street and our favorite beach, John Smith's, was minutes away. My husband is a runner and he enjoyed running at Spittal pond or the railway trail in Flatts which were both a short drive away (you can technically run to Spittal if you wanted). The house itself was large enough for our group and the outside area was divine. The kitchen was well stocked and there were no ants inside the house! This was a first for me in Bermuda :) We also loved that there were 2 current vehicle chargers at the house as we are fans of the Yo-yo and we had 3 within our group. Communication with Marion was great- she always responded super quick which is ideal for a rental host. I would love to stay at High Terraces again and cannot wait to book my next trip!

We were so happy we selected High Terraces for our vacation in Bermuda. The home was perfect for our group of 4. In fact, we were a little surprised by how wonderful the views were from the terrace and yard facing Harrington Sound and spent almost every evening watching the sunsets from there. The home sits at the very top of the hill and was very quiet except, for a few tree frogs. It was clean and many of the kitchen appliances appeared new and all the appliances worked perfectly. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. They provided us with a wealth of information & tips prior to our arrival to make our stay enjoyable. High Terraces is in Smith Parish, which is centrally located between St George's and Hamilton. There is a wonderful little grocery called Harrington Hundreds Grocery nearby where we bought our provisions. The airport is about 15 minutes away and we met a taxi driver who was also wonderful. He stopped at the grocery store on our way to the house and waited while we got our initial stock of provisions before taking us up to the house. After staying at High Terraces, we all agreed this is where we would stay when we return to Bermuda in the future.
