We had a great stay at this great home in Lake City! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was really well supplied and the washer and dryer were super handy. We loved the proximity to the beach and to town. Connie had great communication with us and answered all of our questions promptly and graciously! Hope we get to stay again!

Very nice house in Lake City. Clean, well furnished and everything was very comfortable. Host was super easy to communicate with and helpful. She even left a pile of snacks on the dining room table which the guys really appreciated! Great place at a reasonable price. Definitely would try to stay here again if possible.

Perfect home away from home!

This was my overall favorite rental property. The house was affordable, roomy, and included all the necessary utensils for those like me who like to save money on meals There's not much elese to say. I highly recommend this property, especially if you plan to go skiing at Caberfae Peaks.

Comfortable and Convenient

This house was as described and better. The host, Carol, had provided snacks and coffee. This home had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect. It’s away from hustle and bustle but not too far.

Football family

For a small town, this particular home helped us feel home away from home. Very spacious rooms, they were clean and accomodating. The hot tub was a nice amenity to relax after a long drive. Would of been nice to be on the lake side, and it would of been nice if the site gave us our key code before arriving. We would recommend this home to any family. ThThe hot tub
