Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please gather all linens from beds (including pillowcases), used towels, wash cloths, etc. & place in hamper by washer/dryer. -Please wash all dishes. Dishwasher may be left running.
-Please make sure that all lights are off and that AC units are set back to low or heat is set back to 65.
-Please remove all garbage from home and place in the outside garbage by the patio. -Please double check that all deadbolts have locked successfully when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tip: Front stairs lead to main entrance of apt. Back stairs/entrance lead to 3rd BR, which is most convenient as it is accessible to parking lot.

Great property that was newly renovated! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of space. The back bedroom with the extra living space (couch/TV) was great for the kid to playing video games while the adults lounged in the main living space after a day of exploring. Host was very responsive and professional.

overall the property was very clean, there were some condiments in the refrigerator which was slightly odd but no big deal. The property is a converted commercial property and the apartment is upstairs. As such the layout is a bit odd but it works. The back entrance (next to parking) enters into the main bedroom then you have to go through the bathroom to get to the main living area where the other two bedrooms, kitchen, living room are located. We were very comfortable in the space and is easy to get to but the location is not very walkable to any restaurants/grocery stores so a car would be necessary. The kitchen was well stocked and was very surprised about the quality of the pans and knives. The beds are very firm but comfortable, water pressure was great and enjoyed the rain shower head. Internet was very fast, we were getting speeds between 500-600 Mbps both down and up.
