Brand new 3BR Contemporary home in Uptown, beautifully furnished and nestled in a quiet area just minutes away from everything FUN Dallas has to offer! Located in Uptown & closest to the Knox Henderson district, Downtown, SMU, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts District & Northpark Mall. Endless dining, shopping, and entertainment venues are right at your fingertips. The house is furnished with extremely comfy beds & bedding & a couch you won’t want to get up from.

NO PARTIES or pets allowed please.
The space
This home is 2 levels with all bedrooms upstairs. The master has en suite bathroom with garden tub. The additional 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with double vanity.
Downstairs boasts of several tall windows in a large open space with views of a spacious covered patio and gas fireplace. There are no bedrooms or shower downstairs. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor with washer/dryer.
Guest access
The driveway fits 2 cars and there is also street parking. This is a quiet neighborhood that has been revitalized over the last few years.
Other things to note
There is coffee & tea available on sight. The kitchen is fully stocked if you need to cook. The trash can is built into the island. Please leave all full trash bags outside in the grey trash can on the driveway. Additional trash bags are under the sink. Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
