There is an extra charge of $65 for each added guest including children over 3 years old. Located in top real estate zip code 20007, the safest residential block of Georgetown village with small Palisades and big terraced houses, tall trees and nearby Hidy Park with free tennis courts, 15 minutes' walk to downtown or up the street Fox-hall shopping center, perfect location, coffee shop, deli short walk from the house plus CVS, restaurants, and farmers market Sundays on MacArthur Blvd. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table seated four, working desk station with Wi-Fi in the living room, a cozy leather couch, within unit washer and dryer, detergent not included. Both bedrooms have firm mattresses and soft cotton sheets. A full bathroom with ample space for toiletries, soft towels, all utilities included. This 2-bedroom apartment is on the lower level of the house with windows and glass enclosed private entrance approx. 1100 square feet found near Georgetown Hospital and Georgetown University in the Palisade neighborhood. If you travel with children, please specify the age. Children under sixteen should have supervision in the apartment. Pets not allowed. There is an extra charge for cleaning $200.00 when serving animal check in with the guest. A welcome kit holding bottled water, coffee, and tea is available in the kitchen. Serving of food and cable television boxes has been suspended in response to recent price reductions.

Because it is an excellent location for business travelers and relaxation as well. It is safe, clean, cozy residence in a quiet neighborhood, where you can run, walk use the community center and library for free, park your car for free with a street permit provide by the landlord. If you need a permit please send your car information and a picture of the driving licence one day before checking in. Your parking permit will be on the kitchen table. Place it on the front window, parking is in front of the house and the permit is only for zone 3. Please, read parking details. The landlord is cooperative and helpful. No extra utility bills for two guests. For an aditional guest more than 2 years old $65. 00 an extra fee per day is applied.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
I bought this house because it's best location for my business and it is a beautiful quiet neighborhood, away from traffic. Also, from my house I can be in a minute to K- bridge heading to Virginia or getting on canal road to Maryland and New York. But the most important feature is quietness and a safe place to live. No traffic, no noise. It's just perfect for me. Excellent restaurants around, Sunday's farmers market, CVS with pharmacy.
