Excellent location, clean and nice space, could have used an AC unit in sitting room but it was exceptionally hot weather.

Great Condo

This is a great place to stay! You get to be near downtown but are far enough away to get some quiet. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Will stay again!

The property was walkable and clean. Wifi needs to be upgraded. The door lock did not work and they never fixed it. Floors need rugs. The house was very sandy. But they maybe part for the course. Rugs would have helped. The lights in room didnt work and the doors didn’t lock! Weird.

Dear Henry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the Wi-Fi, door locks, and lighting. We will address these issues with the Homeowners to ensure they are resolved promptly. As for the sandy floors we understand how this can be a challenge in a beachside property, and we will consider your suggestion about adding rugs to improve the comfort of our guests. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to enhance the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a more enjoyable stay. I would give this place a solid 6. On the positive side, it was very clean. The shower head was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to town. And if you bring bikes (we did) you can bike to everything. However. Almost none of the outlets in either of the bedrooms worked--this was especially annoying in the master bedroom where you couldn't use the bedside lamps. There were no screens in the windows. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There was a leak under the bathroom sink. And except for the kitchen, the apartment needs a serious update.
