The house is in a great neighborhood, and only minutes from Kathryn Hannah park and the beach. It was only 10 mins down to beach center and Neptune Beach when many restaurants and shopping options were. Clean and well laid out.

Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.

This is a great house for a family. It’s too difficult for an elderly couple. We couldn’t get off and on the couch. It’s so low. The ice machine doesn’t work, so make sure bring bag of ice

Extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully functional and the bathrooms had everything I would expect in a nice hotel. It was located close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood itself was just ok but it was so clean, I can overlook the neighbors and I would stay there again.
