You're invited to conclude each adventurous day with a relaxing hot tub session under the stars.
The location is also a plus—just a 10-minute drive from Main Street in Breckenridge, offering easy access to the town's amenities while still providing a serene mountain setting.
The main level is perfect for entertaining guests in the open-concept living area, complete with a cozy fireplace. Magnificent views bring the natural wonder in to this room and the accompanying dining area, which features comfortable seating for your full group. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and is outfitted with all the appliances and gadgets you'd expect at home. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony provides a luxurious retreat. The upper level includes two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with a full bathroom for shared convenience. The lower level features a cozy den with a workspace, a brand new pull-out couch to accommodate two guests, a convenient laundry area, and a private patio with the grill and private hot tub. You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
Most of the cleaning is covered by your cleaning fee. We only ask for the minimum required to leave the home safe and sanitary. This includes washing your dishes (we have a dishwasher and provide a few pods), taking the trash out, and leaving the house locked and at a safe temperature so the pipes don't freeze. This home is not pet-friendly. There is a piano at the house that is for decoration only and not available for use. Please make sure the garage door is closed when not in actual use, to prevent damage to the pipes and discourage wildlife from visiting. Thank you for respecting our house rules. We are here to help anytime, including weekends. We have someone on-call in the event of an after-hours emergency. Most of what you'll need has been anticipated, but if we miss anything, please message or call us.

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Good location which only required a short 10 minute drive to Breckenridge reaort. Quiet and not a lot of traffic. Bedrooms were clean and spacious for a family of 4. Kitchen and dining room areas were nice. It was nice to wind down in hot tub after a long day of skiing. Host gave excellent instructions and followed up with email/text/phone call to make sure we were doing well. No issues during our stay, and would stay here again.

Long weekend getaway
This property was amazing. We had a seamless check in process. The house was beautiful and the kids loved it, especially the hot tub. It’s close enough to Breck, but far enough away to feel more connected with nature and away from the crowds. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had all amenities needed. We even did an evening drive through the neighborhood and spotted two baby moose and the mother! Would stay again and again.

The house was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware. We did appreciate that the hot tub was cleaned several times over our 10 day stay. The host was always available if needed. The parking situation was great, with 2 garages and more space available outside. Suggestions- Get a new couch. It was clean, but small, and uncomfortable.Extra sheets- there were no extra sheets or blankets in the houseFireplace- the glass is so clouded you can't see the fireOverall great experience. Thanks!
