Experience your ideal San Diego vacation while living luxuriously on Mission Beach! This gorgeous, second-story, beach-front condominium, located in the historic Surf Rider building, provides every modern convenience. Enjoy your private getaway with an unobstructed view of the ocean either from inside the unit or from your own private balcony. You may even be fortunate enough to see the dolphins surfing the waves! When you can no longer fight the urge for surf and sun, the beach is literally steps away. If you feel adventurous and want more than a swim, a sunbathe or a volleyball game, then quickly jaunt around the corner to rent surfboards, jet skis, boats and other recreational equipment or some lessons if you're an ocean sport novice!

After your leisurely days at the beach, you may want to hop into the jacuzzi or cook out on one of the two gas BBQ grills on the shared patio. Or, if you feel like holing up in the comfort of your home away from home, cook yourself a gourmet meal in the beautiful, fully functional kitchen and enjoy it while watching the breathtaking sunset. Afterward, you may wish to curl up and watch TV either in the living room or snuggled up in either bedroom.

If you are interested in seeing more of San Diego than just Mission Beach (although the people watching could entertain you indefinitely), then your Surf Rider condo places you in the heart of all San Diego has to offer. Belmont Park, the San Diego Zoo, Pacific Beach, Coronado, La Jolla, the USS Midway, the Gaslamp District, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, the Del Mar Racetrack and La Jolla Cove are all quickly and easily accessible to you, as well as numerous restaurants. After each of your long eventful days, the travertine bathrooms welcome you to wash the sea salt away before nestling into one of the cozy beds (a king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, or a full-size convertible bed in the living room) in order to regain your strength for your next amazing California adventure!

Our second stay was great!

Such a great location with a great view all day! The kids went to Belmont Park daily and the surfing was great right in front of the condo. We also loved the nightly dip in the community hot tub. Dominique and Simone were very responsive and nice!

Perfect Surf Spot

Awesome location

Loved our stay—location was fabulous for everything we wanted: Sun, sand, surf and people watching! Lots of great coffee and food in short walking distance too! Quiet at night—we loved it!

Amazing Stay

We had such a great stay! The property is in a perfect location to access Belmont and great food!! We appreciated the quick response when the hot tub wasn’t heating properly. This is our happy place and can’t wait to return!

Can't beat the location

This was our 5th year staying at the Surfrider complex and we continue to love it more every year. Can't beat the views, the people watching, the condo and the spa. Great time as always!

Great view, great location!

Wonderful property for a small family. The view was great. People watching from the Jacuzzi was a highlight! Very close to Belmont Park and PB shopping. Thank you for providing the morning coffee!!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is literally on the beach...it is wonderful! We roller skated and played volleyball and had a beach day and you can walk down to the roller coaster...great location.

Perfect getaway

The property was in a great location. We went to the beach every day. Walking to dinner or lunch spots was an ease. The condo had everything we needed/ wanted. We had all of the amenities for making breakfast and snacks. Loved the people watching from the place and hot tub. The hot tub was so nice to have and enjoy!

Nice place, clean. Beautiful view.

Our stay was short, however we quite enjoyed. Centrally located. Walked both the Pacific and Bay side both equally lovely. The only, only minus is its a busy boardwalk, noisy at times. But a very nice stay all together.

Holidays @ Mission Beach

This is a great place for a family stay. The property is located right on the beach, blocks from Belmont Park. The condo comfortably sleeps a family of four (and the couch is a comfortable pull out for one more). The hot tub is a great place to watch people, the sun set, and your kids play in the sand. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect location

This was our second stay at the Surfrider but our first time in this unit. It was exactly as expected which is why we chose it in the first place. The location is perfect, far enough away from Belmont Park to stay away from that crowd when we wanted to but close enough to walk there with the kids to enjoy the roller coaster, restaurants and shops. We love Mission Beach and the sand is a few steps away.

Always a fantastic place to stay on the beach.

Once again, I am staying at the Surfrider unit F. The view is spectacular. It is always clean and feels like home away from home. With direct beach access and views, coming from Colorado you can’t beat it. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, and has plenty of items to have a day at the beach. I love this property so much. I stayed with my sister to watch my son play football and get a chance to refresh and refill at the beach. I will be back again in a few weeks.
