Weekday at the rhinestone cowboy

The apartment was excellent, clean and easy to get into. Added bonus near by some great restaurants and bars, perfect for a solo traveler.

Great property

The unit was very clean and it is located conveniently to East Nashville, which has many restaurants and bars. It is also easy access to the interstate which allows you to quickly navigate through Nashville.

Perfect spot in East Nashville!

We were within walking distance of a few great bars, BBQ, an arcade and the delicious Butcher and bee. We would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

Nashville get away

Loved this property!! He cooked breakfast and dinner for us The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was heaven we didn’t want to leave. The bathroom has a double sink so we were both able to get ready together washed clothes so nothing went home dirty. Parking is very tight but it worked Would stay here again.

Overall the condo was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size and layout for the 3 of us on a girls' weekend. The location is a short uber from downtown, and a little quieter. There is a great restaurant across the street for a nice dinner, and hotel with rooftop bar next door. My only concern was that access to the building was unrestricted. You are supposed to use the "latch" app for access, however the door in the underground parking was not locked for our entire stay. We would have preferred it to be more secure. Access to our particular unit was secure.

Overall it was a positive experience. The unit was super clean and I found the master bed very comfortable. The lobby with the Jolene set up is now a yoga studio so that should be updated ASAP. That was a photo opportunity we planned on and were sad it was no longer available. There is also not a spatula in the kitchen which made pancake breakfasts interesting. Uber rides averaged between 15-20 to get us to Broadway.

Really nice condo. Just as pictured. As other reviews state the parking is very tight. But we did ok because it wasn’t too full. You need to provide your own cooking basics. There was a salt shaker, and that was all for seasoning and no cooking oil. Definitely plan to return! We like the area (which can be a little scary at night if you’re not used to it) but there are a lot of fun places nearby. Be sure to get over to the Waymore Guesthouse for brunch and definitely up to the rooftop bar. It’s right next-door and a pretty view!

Great property

Very clean and well kept. Photos online are completely accurate. There was always parking available. Great location to be close to all things East Nashville, the stadium and downtown. Getting in and out of the building and the unit was a breeze using an app instead of a key. The only downside is it’s a bit noisy at night from the traffic on the street below. Also can hear people walking around above a bit.

The apartment was adorable!! It had everything we expected and needed! Check in/out was seamless and any issue we had, they were quick to reply and helpful. Unfortunately it was so loud. We heard everyone come back 1- 3am and everything happening outside. The walls felt paper thin. Parking was a huge hassel as well. The garage is super tight and not enough of it either. We were forced to park in a grass area on our last night there.
