Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and shed. Loud music, events, and gathering in front of the house are prohibited. All vehicles must park on the driveway.

All local guests must contact host first before booking. There will be $400 smoking removal fee if you smoke inside the house. Guest must park vehicles on the drive way. No RV or commercial vehicles are allowed to park in the neighborhood. No events or unauthorized guests on the property.
