The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out and put in the big garage bin in the garage.
Dishes should be loaded in the dish washer.
Gather all used towels and put in laundry bin in closet or leave them in the washing machine
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please there is no smoking in the house or in the garage. There will be a $300 fine. All guest owned vehicles shall be parked in the driveway.
No vehicles of any description shall be parked on the streets of the Subdivision for more than six hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period.
Streets cannot be blocked, no overnight parking on the street between 2 am and 6 am. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest’s expense.
