With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this beautiful property is perfect for families or friends looking to unwind. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for added convenience. Conveniently located close to wonderful shopping and dining options. Only 5 minutes from ACU and Allen Ridge, and 7 minutes from Hardin- Simmons University and Hendrick Medical center. Our home has all with new beds, a spa like master bath, a TV with Roku in the master and living room, and a TV with Roku on the back porch with ample seating to enjoy the patio area, or watch a game while grilling. Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because its in a subdivision, within another subdivision. So there is no traffic except for your few neighbors. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our home is family friendly, we have a pack n play and baby gates in the house. We have two king sized beds in two of the bedrooms for maximum comfort, and the master bathroom feels like a spa with it relaxing soaking tub and rainfall shower. Sprinkled throughout the home are pictures and decorations related to Abilene history
