Bienvenido a nuestro recientemente renovado - Luxury Waterfront Cottage 29

Estamos muy emocionados de darle la bienvenida a usted y a sus invitados a nuestra nueva renovación de esta histórica cabaña frente al mar.

Mi familia y yo hemos estado renovando y restaurando hogares olvidados en todo el mundo. ¡Recientemente nos hemos instalado en nuestro nuevo y hermoso hallazgo 'Tiverton Rhode Island'! Nos encanta restaurar casas antiguas con una mentalidad sostenible.

Cottage 29 es una cabaña de 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, capacidad para 4 personas frente al mar con porche exterior, patio con jardín, cocina de chef y kayaks incluidos. ¡Tome sus kayaks y salga de su propio acceso a la costa! Perfect little Cotage (29) with amazing views.

We enjoyed our warm welcome from our host Sharon. We couldn't have needed anything more. We loved all the little extras. The decor was tastefully done. It was immaculate. The beds and linens were comfy and cozy, the rain shower was amazing.. Our favorite part was relaxing on the deck watching the view.

Perfect winter oasis

Cottage 29 was the perfect spot to spend my birthday retreat. It is in a safe, quiet location, but close to Newport, Providence, other cute towns, as well as shops and good restaurants. What sets it apart is its beautiful design and the attention that the owner pays to all of her guests. I was greeted with cupcakes, cheese, fruit and warm apple cider--and great music playing. It blew me away and set an awesome tone for the week ahead. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the linens are top notch. One day when it snowed, the owner proactively sent over her son to do some shoveling. Most people might not consider a trip north during the winter the ideal, but if you're looking for a lovely location and lots to see and do in the surrounding area, I cannot recommend this cozy cottage enough. It was everything I was looking for and more--and hard to leave. Thank you Sharon for a memorable stay!

Amazing Cottage!

I stayed at cottage 29 over Thanksgiving as I was spending the holiday with my father in Marion MA and wanted a place to stay nearby. As soon as I walked through the door I knew I had picked the perfect place to call home for a few days. There was music playing, hors d'oeuvres on the dining room table and a beautiful little Christmas tree lit up. The sun was setting and the golden hour light was streaming through the front windows which made the whole place look magical and best of all the magnificent view as the house sits right on the river. This little place is such a gem I had a hard time leaving. Sharon and her family could not have done a better job restoring the home turning it into something very special. Everything was perfect, bedding, appliances, furniture and most of all…the ambience! It happened to be an extremely cold and windy couple of days while I was there so it was a little chilly on the first floor. I called Sharon and within the hour she brought over a small space heater which worked perfectly. I can’t say enough about this place and the wonderful hospitality of the Moore family…I will be back for sure. Truman T.

Fabulous Place!

Can't say enough good things about this home. Pictures really don't do it justice. It is such a lovely combination of old and new. The touches throughout the home are so lovely. Special treats which were so appreciated. The water setting is gorgeous! So fun to sit out on the porch and watch the different boats go by.

A True Delight in every way

The Dockside Home couldn’t have been more beautiful! Sharon and her team take care of every detail. We went to the area because of our daughter’s wedding. We had a very full To Do List, the days before the wedding. The Moore House Team was always there to help in anyway they could. They provided a wonderful brunch for a small group of family and friends, the morning after the wedding. It was simply fantastic! The home is so beautiful and comfortable. The amazing extra touches provided were so special beyond words! A cheese platter, Gluten free coffee cake muffins and farm fresh eggs waiting in the refrigerator along with fresh cream and milk, is only a portion of the extras provided. Just simply amazing! At a time when we had a lot on our plate, growing and transporting the 150 succulent favors, caring for the dress, arrangement of the hair and makeup teams, there was confusion in our schedules. Sharon and the Moore House Team were so accommodating and supportive. We highly recommend staying at this home. A place filled with beauty, peace and wonderful comforts of home. Truly a paradise on Earth! Thank you Sharon and the Moore House Team!

A New England Gem

Cottage 29 is an absolute treasure! Not a detail was missed in the renovation of this sweet little boat house. The Moore Family went above and beyond with a warm welcome complete with fresh farm eggs in the refrigerator to a lovely cheese board. The bed linens are top-notch as is the view. A charming stay smack on the water! Not to be missed!

The cottage was welcoming from the second you opened the door!! No need to look for anything further. Not one detail left out. Love Love Love all the way through. I can only imagine how they treat their friends!! The music, the toiletries, linens, goodies and the fabulous lemonade: classy!! I can’t wait to visit their other properties!!!

Lovely stay

Stayed here for college reunion at Brown. The cottage is very cute and well stocked. Having a beautiful platter of fruit, cheese and crackers, and chilled bottles of sparkling water was so appreciated after arriving late at night on Friday. Breakfast was also easy with the fresh eggs, bread and jam. Thanks, Sharon, for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying at cottage 29! We stayed here for our minimoon and it was perfect! Sharon has created such a special and charming space, and added thoughtful special touches that really made our stay. The views are unbelievable and the cottage is so cozy! The kitchen and bathroom are updated and the town had lots to offer even in the off season. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!
