The living room even offers an additional sleeping space with a cozy sofa bed up stairs. This home has its own small beach area with a private stone jetty and boat mooring. There is also a larger town beach a short walk up the road, and another in town about 3 miles away as well as Newport 20 minutes away. Tiverton has a lot to offer with great restaurants, coffee shops and most of all a very relaxing location.
