Also features an arcade/game room, ping pong table, basketball court, out door fire pit area, and a private dock. There are 3 kayaks and a paddle board for your enjoyment while here. There is plenty of parking on the property, even for boat trailers. The listing features 2 connecting homes with 2 kitchens and 4 indoor living spaces. Also pet friendly.

***Please note after hurricane Helene that has rocked out community, there are still some fallen trees in the yard. There is also a torn screen on the screened in porches. The house is amazing and still fine. ***

Family getaway

We spent 5 days at this property with 24 people. It worked out perfect for us! We spent days out back floating on the water and evenings hanging out and playing games as a family! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a fun-filled family experience!

We had a big family reunion for a long weekend and it was really nice! Having 2 houses to split up the age groups was really helpful! Both houses are well equipped, except for a few minor issues that were passed on to the hosts! All rooms had nice accommodations. Several different areas to hang out! Wonderful communication with the host! The property is beautiful, but the walk down to the lake was a little further than I thought it would be- maybe not the easiest for 70 year olds but the kids and young adults and older adults had a great time! The kayaks were a big hit! Nice to have them there! We rented a small pontoon boat for a day and that was really special! Enjoyed jumping off and swimming from the dock. The drive for groceries and restaurants not too far away!! We felt the weekend reunion was a success!!
