Pleased you enjoyed your stay, the air traffic is not on going normally for a short time at the start or end of the day. As its self catering it is up to you supply your own toilet paper, and the reason no one has sun umbrellas is that as its a windy island they blow away. Graham

Hi i am please you enjoyed your over all stay, i do feel however i need to address this review, firstly we dont advertise cable or UK tv, the description of the pool heating is very clear and states heated within 6 degrees of ambient temperature via sola pods and is not charged for. Regarding the sofa not sure what you mean as we were out the week before you and didn't notice this however i will ask our manager to look into it.As for the kettle needing a whistle top there is no need as it turns off automatically.

I feel that I need to reply to this very bias review, firstly no where on the web site does it say we do meet and greet we never have, it does say you will be sent directions which I did send on the 27th July 2022, if however for some reason you didn't receive them then why didn't you contact me, I struggle to see why anyone would. travel so far not knowing where they're staying and how to gain access. I also can't work out how you supposedly found the villa without instructions in the first place. As you know my wife and I spent a long time on the phone to you trying to get things sorted even texting you the instructions, unfortunately you wouldn't listen, it wasn't until the receptionist asked you to go back to your room that her and I managed to sort it out in no time at all, she printed off the instructions from the forward email I sent you. However even when you had the instructions you failed to read them and set the villa alarm off. As for staying on later on the last day our manager [who I'm told you were very rude to] let you stay a few hours longer unfortunately she couldn't let you stay longer as she needed to clean for the next guests and you still weren't happy, the arrival and departure times are very clearly shown on the website. It's a shame you didn't enjoy your stay like so many before you have. I feel that any stress caused was self inflicted by not reading the advert or the instructions. Graham

Very nice review thank you, the question over the manager not meeting guests on arrival is something that we were not aware of and is now being dealt with, as for the maintenance we do like to keep things in good order for our guests and will be going out at the end of the season to carry out any maintenance works required.. Hi I am pleased you enjoyed our villa we have always strive to supply everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. To address your points, when our managers came to clean after you had left the only channels on the tv were Spanish so I don’t understand your problem, regarding the manager he speaks some Spanish and his wife very good Spanish. Your comment on the house book I take on board and will look into getting a Spanish and German version. The products in the pool are measured when put, in then the water is tested to make sure all is okay the problems you say you had we have never experienced in the 12 years of ownership. As for the meet and greet it is clearly laid out in the paper work I sent that the key is left in a key safe and how to access it, like many others we don’t do meet and greet as the cost would have to be passed on, also in these Covid times it would not be a good idea, finally regarding the low gate I spoke to our manager and he said it was unlocked and there was no need for you to step over.
