A perfect getaway on 30A, or catching the last rays of summer? We've got you! Sunset Key offers a seasonally heated pool, 6-passenger golf cart, 4 bikes, and a fire pit for cozy nights. This 4 bed, 4.5 bath home is featured in South Prominence with great beach access - less than 5 mins away on your golf cart at Deer Lake State Park, and you're in the heart of the Prominence community. You'll have access to movie nights, restaurants, ice cream, shopping, and yoga on the lawn.

- Dreamy outdoor spaces ~ a large front porch greets you at the entry with Adirondack chairs and a table. Upstairs, a balcony awaits with a cozy couch, chairs, and a ceiling fan to keep cool. In the back, you'll have another dining option under the covered porch.

Beautiful En Suite bathroom is attached with a double vanity, getting ready and make up area, large walk in closet, and water closet. Bonus - you have direct access to the 2nd floor balcony.
- Guest bedroom. King bedroom with smart tv, ceiling fan, storage, and en suite bathroom shower and tub combo.

🔆Minutes to the shore!
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.

- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.

- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.

- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. There is also overflow parking in the community in gravel spaces around the home.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

We have stayed at multiple Kalos properties and this one did not disappoint! The house is beautiful, the amenities and great and the golf cart and bikes are an amazing addition to a vacation. I would love to return to this property in the future, and plan to stay with Kalos Dwellings again!

Perfect for two families!

Online pictures are accurate and depict the home very well. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. The couches, the beds, pillows, everything was perfect! Kitchen was stocked as well as the garage with all kinds of beach toys and equipment. Communication with Kalos was quick and super easy. Besides the two master bedrooms, there are two other bedrooms, one which has a king size bed and the other room has a bunkbed with a trundle. Oh and a second chill spot for the kids in the loft which has a pull out sofa. The upstairs bedrooms all had balconies. Each room has its own bathroom which is awesome! Both pools areas were clean and comfortable. A/C was nice and cold. We didn’t spend too much time at The Big Chill but it was amazing for families with young children. Golf cart and bikes were great to have and we used them every day. One of the Property Mgmt owners happened to be a couple doors down on vacation and got us into the home early AND helped us with our luggage…so nice of him :) We didn’t deal with any of that private beach nonsense. We used the Gulf Lake Estate public beach access about a mile or so to the east and it was perfection. No parking at this particular beach access so we drove the golf cart to an open area, parked and walked but they did have bike racks! Everything was great, no issues. Would recommend to all my family and friends! Can’t wait to come back!

House and neighborhood wonderful. Surrounding area not great if you’re here for beach. The local rich people have made it very difficult to get to beach. Zero beach access is neighborhood, they went to great lengths to ensure you can’t see or hear the ocean. Only a few public beach walkways, none marked and nothing with parking. If you like shopping and sitting in your rental house, perfect place. Beach vacation? Definitely somewhere else. Treasure Island and Clearwater have better beaches and way easier access. So, unless you get a house directly on beach, don’t bother.

Peaceful & Over-the-Top Getaway!!

Loved our stay at Sunset Key! We were looking for an area and a home that was conducive to my husband’s critical health battle. Sunset Key checked all the boxes. Having a main floor master ensuite was ideal. The beautiful decor and high ceilings brought such an airy experience to our stay. There’s something to say about a home that brings such warmth. comfort and peace. The front top balcony was a great getaway too. Catching some rays or reading a book…love it!! The area is safe and so beautiful with a very nice community heated pool. You are in walking distance or can ride the provided golf cart or bikes to many nearby eateries, beach, etc. Thanks to Dustin, Sarah and their crew who made our trip over the top. Kalos Dwellings cares that you have a great guest experience. I pray that my hubby’s health continues to improve as it did the moment we walked through the front door of Sunset Key. I’m not exaggerating. This entire stay has helped us to return home with more hope. This is a definite repeat!!

Wonderful property

We spent thanksgiving here with our family. It was very relaxing. Them home was beautiful and spacious. In a great location. The communication with the property management was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back.
