The space

Welcome to 'Sky's the Limit!'

This STUNNING coastal getaway features a luxurious open layout and comes loaded with everything you need for a perfect stay!

Outside, relax in your private heated pool or hot tub, warm up by the outdoor fireplace, or cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen with a dining area! There's also corn hole and a ping pong table to keep you entertained!

Inside, you'll find gorgeous herringbone-patterned wood floors and custom tile throughout. The open living space is bright with tons of natural light, but features elegant chandeliers and sconces for when the sun goes down. The kitchen is filled with top-notch appliances, custom high-end cabinetry, and beautiful finishes. Walking past the main kitchen you will find an area with a second fridge and coffee bar. There's also a laundry room on this floor with double washers and dryers for your convenience.

The master suite on the first floor features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a separate tub subside a glass shower.

Making your way upstairs, the second master suite comes with its own steam shower and separate soaking tub, providing a relaxing spa-like experience. You'll also find two more king bedrooms on this floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a cozy common area with two built-in twin beds, a tv, and some extra storage room.

Going past the outside area and into the carriage house, you'll find a living room, kitchenette, small dining table, and another master suite with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

This home also has a 2-car garage, plus ample parking in the driveway.

Located just a 2-3 minute LSV ride from Blue Mountain Beach and within walking distance of local favorites like Blue Mountain Beach Creamery, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Redfish Taco, this home is in an amazing location and ready for your next vacation!

Guest access

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is -$50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Please note that the sauna is not for guests' use.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, hot tub, bikes, fireplace, or other amenities provided to guests.
