Denna lyxiga strandstadsbostad har fem sovrum, fyra badrum och en privat plaska med utsikt över stranden, sover 16 bekvämt. Huset har ett exklusivt vardagsrum, granit bänkskivor i köket med rostfria vitvaror och hårda trägolv på andra och tredje våningen med travertinplattor längs första våningen. Splash pool (8. 5 x 6)

Denna lyxiga semester hyra är det perfekta huset för familjeåterförening eller stranden bröllop. Njut av fantastisk utsikt över viken från alla tre balkongerna. En privat hiss. LÖFTEN ANVÄNDAR FÖR ANVÄNDNING UNDER ANMÄLAN.

På första våningen finns en av master king-sovrummen med eget badrum, minibar och egen balkong med plaska och en våningssäng med två våningssängar, totalt fyra fulla sängar och en platt-TV.

På andra våningen hittar du ett vackert, fullt utrustat kök. Matsalen har plats för åtta vid matbordet och för två i baren. Vardagsrummet, som erbjuder utsikt över viken från alla vinklar, är utrustad med en plattskärms-TV, bäddsoffa och balkong med uteservering. På denna våning finns också ett gästrum med en queen size-säng och en platt-TV.

Den tredje våningen har sovrummet med king size-säng, privat Gulf Front balkong, plattskärms-TV och privat badrum med jacuzzi badkar, duschkabin och dubbel fåfänga. Det finns ett extra g��strum med en king size-säng och platt-TV och badrum.

Första våningen: 10 sovplatser

våningssäng rum med två våningssängar (fullt över fullt), gäst sovrum med king size-säng med bäddsoffa, privat badrum och egen balkong.

Andra våningen: 2 sovplatser

Fun Family week!

We had a great time. The location was excellent. The elevator helped my 70 y/o parents a bunch! What a blessing. We had two maintenance issues and they were resolved the same day! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing location on the Beach

The location of this townhome and waking up to the beach view, walking on to the beach anytime and our reserved chairs waiting for us was the best. The elevator was priceless for my elderly parents. The location to stores and restaurants was so convenient. We had a great spring break.

Good time was had

This was a fall family trip wherein my dad and mother in law (both 70+) came along. Having the elevators and not having to pay extra to use it was priceless!! The views were all phenomenal and lots was provided such as dishes and beach towels.

Great View!

The house is very accommodating for large groups. We have 5 kids ranging from 23-2 and brought older family members. The elevator made accessibility for the older ppl so much easier. You could not get a better view and access to the beach. We ALWAYS try to stay in one of these home. Another great trip and looking forward to our next!

Great views, excellent location and great service!

The first thing you will love about this property are the absolutely beautiful views it offers to the beach. Though spread across 3 levels, this townhome has great living space and bedrooms. The patio/balcony is big enough for 6-7 people to comfortably hang out. Amenities are decent and work as expected. The property managers respond quickly and fix things as soon as reported. We loved the space enough to extend our stay.

Place needs tlc. Pictures deceiving. Pool was a joke. Frangista was very good. Owners need to step up their game. Had to request a new mattress for the master. Had a depression with spring felt.

What a wonderful vacation!

Both homes were clean, very functional and spacious for how many families and kids we had, and being beach front and steps away from the beach was fabulous. Frangista was amazing at always being available to reach if we had any questions and also kept us up to date with weather information during hurricane Helene. This is our second time using Frangista Beach Properties and we will continue to use them for our vacations in the future! Such a friendly, welcoming company through the entire experience!

Review of condo

The dishwasher was terrible, finally quit working the last 2 days of our stay. The quality of the toilet paper was like at a truck stop. It was strange to have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the beach. That being said, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

A great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had was getting the pool heated. We called halfway through our stay to have the pool heated for the remainder of the trip. Property management sent someone out to turn it on. They couldn't figure it out and left. They never followed up again after that. No good there...Everything else was great!

Can buy anything but the weather

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a bit run down. The furniture in the same shape, except the beds were good. View was great. We did not appreciate the construction 5 days a week next to our bedroom. We would have to leave the house to get away from the noise. Weather was cold, it was a long month.

Great Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very clean upon arrival. It's a great location and the floor plan is ideal for large or multiple families. Much of the furniture and all of the mattresses had just been replaced. Frangista Beach Properties was great to deal with. There was an issue with the washing machine not working and they were waiting on a part that had to be ordered. FBP let us know prior to arrival and offered free laundry service to us for the inconvenience. One of the owners personally delivered extra towels when we ran out. We've dealt with many management companies and FBP is definitely one of the best!

Furniture needs update, table was peeling, Needs sharp knives, better kitchen utensils, and more wine glasses. Pool need structural fixing, Mattresses need updating. Kids mattresses were like sleeping on springs. Grill needs cleaning and gas can was only about half full. Outdoor hose needs replacement. Please stop using the cheapest toilet paper on the planet. Mold and rust in upstairs shower.

Beautiful Beachfront Rental

The beds were SO comfortable. I wanted to pack it up and take it home with me. It was perfect for our family of 9. We could have had more people since there was a bunk room. The property manager was excellent, called mid week to see if everything was going well. The beach was beautiful and quite. Loved the beach service (chairs and umbrella) set up everyday for us. We’ve been coming to Destin for 8 years and this is our favorite rental by far. The pool was amazing!! Just a short walk from the room. The property in conveniently located between Destin and 30A and was perfect for the activities we wanted to do in both. We hope to be back real soon!!

Wonderful house

Absolutely wonderful! When we arrived we noticed it was hot upstairs, called management and they had somebody out with in the hour. Ended up A/C unit needed to be replaced and they installed 5 window units that night (8 pm on a Saturday). We were VERY comfortable with the window units. Management went above and beyond checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was wonderful. We each had our own floor to retreat to plus the main living floor to be together. We loved having the pantry area and Keurig. All of the beds were comfortable and house was clean. It was very nice not having to pack any beach towels and the elevator access was great! The walk to the beach was so short plus the splash pool was an added bonus (like an over sized hot tub) which we all enjoyed. We are already planning on staying again. Only suggestion is to back in the parking space because the street is busy however we never heard anything in the house from the street. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Not recommended

The property was unclean, with sand in the unused beds, bird feathers/dead bugs/gobs of hair in the dipping pool, filthy floors and hair covered bathrooms. It took repeat phone calls/emails to get someone to come "clean" the pool and, when they finally came two days later, they only shocked it and didn't remove the debris. The owner and the property manager were unapologetic as to the condition of the property and charged us extra for a dog that I was told by Kelly was included in the up front cleaning fee, even though I am fairly certain the house was cleaner when we left than when we got there. I do not recommend this property.
